To start the ribbing on bottom do i go into every stitch and when startng the ribbing do i still crochet 2tog before each ribbing

I was following your beautiful design until I got to attaching the arms. It was so confusing. I didn’t understand where exactly you’re suppose to be attaching the arm piece to the sweater and what 7 stitches you’re counting???? I'm also surprised to see there are quite a few other people I follow and their videos are under the name of someone else as well. You may want look through the video posted and report them. Really touches my last nerve to see these people are taking credit for others hard work.
