Marilyn and Jane should have made more gal pal movies. They were a terrific team and Jane supported Marilyn. Marilyn's "BF" in this movie was a creep and almost ruined the movie for me as was Jane's "BF" who took his role too seriously and was actually mean towards Marilyn. He needed a lighter touch. This movie, to me, was Marilyn's best. Her singing and dancing were superb.
It's a shame the actresses were owned by the studios and had to perform on the "casting couch".....I don't believe nothing has changed. Kudos to Olivia De Havilland for standing up to the studio predators.
