    Thank you Hannah. I saw that exercise a lot of times on social media but i was always just scrolling immediately when i see the title. But something different happened this time and now i know why. I was running from myself constantly, refusing the parts in need of help. Thanks to you i am not even trynna escape anymore...     Thank you very much, I do the mirror exercise in my notebook and I do all the steps and although I have not reached the physical union with my flame I have results on each healing I perform❤😊✨

    I am going to start doing this exercise today because I left my twin flame over a month ago and I am finally at a point that I can start moving on. When I headed off the mirror exercise I started looking for it on RUclips and found your video, which is very easy to understand.

    There's one thing I'm stuck with the mirror exercise and that is, for example,
    whenever I'm feeling unworthy,
    and i identify the part of me who is feeling unworthy and i try to love him and tell him that you are worthy.
    Then at this point, i feel like it's me who is feeling unworthy and its also me who trying to convince a part of me that You are worthy, so how can I make the part of me believe that he is worthy..
    at this point i feel stuck nost of the times

      Your true self knows you are worthy of love, it's just a part of you that is hurt that feels unworthy. So your true self can bring love to this part of you and shine light on it. You can consciously give the upset part of you love until they feel peaceful. It gets easier as you practice it and working with a coach will help you learn to master it quickly! Remember that you are divine and capable of healing yourself, it's safe to claim your power here!❤

    how can i “give” myself love, commitment, etc. it’s a little vague for me to understand 😢

      Maybe you can visualize the part of you that's upset and imagine yourself giving them a hug and showering them with love. Or you can always just give yourself the feeling of what you need, your intention is what matters. So it's safe to give it a try and practice, it will become easier and easier as you do ❤

    What if the only thing I’m upset about is the fact that both myself and my twin flame are married with children, and it appears we can never be together? How do I phrase that for the mirror exercise? I’m trying to stop obsessing about her because it is driving me crazy, but nothing is working. 😢

      Start with the most obvious upset and work your way deeper. Maybe try "I'm upset with my Twin Flame for not being with me" "I'm upset with myself for not being with myself" Then keep going as new upsets come up. You just have to start and not give up, you can heal through any blocks in your path so don't worry. ❤ It's always helpful to have support as well, feel free to reach out if you'd like to book a session with either of us!

      You're welcome. Step one: I'm upset with other people because they are jealous of me. Step two: I am upset with myself because I am jealous of myself. Then go from there!

    I have a girl in my class where I think in my head, that she doesn’t like me or judges me but she has never done anything of that.
    But I don’t know how to formulate that sentence back to me so that it mirrors back to me as the mirror exercise.
    I hope you know what I mean

      Step one would be "I'm upset with this girl because it feels like she doesn't like me and judges me" and then step two would be "I'm upset with myself because it feels like I don't like myself and judge myself." Is there any truth to that?🫶

    Mam if my twinflame is ignoring me somewhere nd i remember that some of my 3,4 friends ignoring me in past then shall i applying the mirror excercise on this one by one according to my friends? Who was ignoring me in past or just can i say this I'm upset with some of my friends for ignoring me ..
    I'm upset at myself for ignoring myself?
    And just heal this one by one? According to their name ?or their is also some technique to do only one time so all the ignoring situation can resolved ?

      Great question! You can do the Mirror Exercise with either situation. Since it's the same upset it will lead you to the same place in step two. So you can heal this part of yourself that is ignoring yourself and love that part!💖

      Ask yourself if there is any part of you that is doing it to yourself, even if it's just 1%. For example, maybe you have 99% great communication with yourself but 1% of you is feeling ignored. That is what the block is pointing to and you can heal to stop attracting certain experiences into your life that don't feel good. :)
