서울에서 개최되는 '2024 서울국제불교박람회‧제12회 붓다아트페어(2024 Seoul International Buddhism Expo)'가 불교의 전통과 문화가 새로운 시대와 기술과 만나는 흥미로운 장면으로 가득할 예정이다. 이번 박람회는 대한불교조계종이 주최하고 문화체육관광부, 문화재청 등이 후원하는 중요한 행사로 자리매김하고 있다.
'재미있는 불교'를 슬로건으로 삼은 이번 박람회는 전통과 현대의 만남을 강조하며, 다양한 문화와 기술이 어우러진 융합적인 분위기를 조성하고 있다. 박람회의 특별한 행사로는 하이테크놀로지와 전통이 결합된 '열암곡 마애불 바로모시기' 전시가 펼쳐지며, 제3관에서는 마음의 치유를 위한 명상프로그램이 주목을 받고 있다.
기획전 1인 명상 존에서는 스님들과의 상담 및 일상에서 실천 가능한 명상법이 안내되며, 이를 통해 참가자들은 마음의 평화와 안정을 찾을 수 있다. 특히, 굴암사 마가스님이 진행하는 자비명상 프로그램은 현대 사회에서 갈증을 느끼는 이들에게 소중한 힐링의 시간을 제공하고 있다.
기획전 2인 저스트 비 코너에서는 MZ세대를 대상으로 한 다양한 마음 수행법이 소개되며, 현대 사회의 스트레스와 갈등을 극복하기 위한 실용적인 방법이 제시된다.
또한, 산업전에서는 전통적인 수행문화상품부터 현대적인 건축 및 IT까지 다양한 분야의 전시가 마련되어 있다. 이 외에도 붓다아트페어 전시코너에서는 불교미술과 공예를 중심으로 한 다채로운 작품들이 전시되며, 관람객들은 불교 예술에 대한 새로운 이해를 높일 수 있다.
특별전 코너에서는 한국불교문화사업단이 주관하는 웰니스 전시가 마련되어 있으며, 사찰음식과 템플스테이 프로그램 등을 통해 전통 불교문화를 경험할 수 있다.
이밖에도 다양한 행사와 프로그램이 마련되어 있어 관람객들은 불교의 가르침과 문화를 더 깊이 이해하고 체험할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
서울국제불교박람회는 4월 4일부터 7일까지 서울시 지하철 3호선 학여울역에 위치한 SETEC에서 개최되며, 일반인 관람시간은 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지이다. 사전등록은 무료이며, 현장 입장료는 5000원이다. 관람객들은 다양한 문화와 기술이 어우러진 흥미로운 행사를 즐길 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
