People keep saying mavuika teams are premium but most best in slot teams have 3 or more 5 stars neuvillete has 4 in his best team arlecchino also has 3 Arlecchino,Bennett,Yelan, Xilonen/kazuha mavuika team isn't premium it just has newer characters which most people don't have yet.
That isn't the point. The problem isn't the damage. Ofcourse that can only be achieved with the best supports which is premium. The thing with her is that you need atleast one of the 2 very particular options xilonen or citlali or even both to burst every rotation. Tried without them and all I would say is that it is cope without natlan supports. Let's say neuvillete. He works best with his team but doesn't suffer with any of his functional aspects if let's say someone throws in a xiangling in his team. Or even arlecchino. You may just run a candace or rosaria and she would still work fine . But when we see mavuikas case, with kachina or ororon, none of them are sufficient to generate the fighting spirit. It takes time which may lead you to not having her burst when you need to.and ofcourse it is intentionally designed this way to make her play with her best supports for bursting every rotation.
In Arlecchino team c6 sucrose > c0 kazuha , she only needs sucrose and Bannet , xingqiu can be a replacement for those who don't have Yelan And if we compare the old characters (most people have them because they one was in v2.0 the other in v2.7) , while Natlan characters for mavuika, Xilonen in 5.1 , Citlali in 5.3 in the same fking banner with Mavuika , f2p players can't get all of them unless they were already saving +400 wishes That's the only problem Mavuika team has but it's definitely the strongest

I'm an Arle fan, and I never said that. Hu Tao is still one of the strongest dps in the game, at least in my opinion. To be honest, I'm tired of all those wars about who's the best pyro dps. Mavuika, Arle and Hu Tao are incredible. Mavuika can nuke, Arle have constant decent damages, same for Hu Tao. The saddest thing is that it happens everytime a new character gets their first banner. Genshin fans start to compare them to other characters (Xilonen and Kazuha, Chasca and Wanderer and Xiao, Mavuika and Arlecchino...). Can't we all just appreciate their designs, personalities, and gamestyles, without arguing about such things as "who does the biggest damage ?"

I just got mavuika, i just did a summons video on my channel and I'm so happy I finally have a good fire damage dealer outside of bilac and bennett:) so it was about time I have a fire investment :) love her so far :)
One thing that I don't read often is the difference that Mavuika represent for the exploration. It's so fast to climb or just get from a point to another. Maybe a bit like chaska (don't have it). Neuvillette and Arle are top tier for fighting but for explo they are just crap.
I preffer arlecchino as i don't have natlan characters (not even ororon lmao), and her burst relies a lot on them (mostly in xilonen), also, arlecchino team requires less 5*, you can go with a bennett kazuha xingqiu and it will work incredibly well (or even a C6 sucrose)

i know this is more into compare raw damage in same team same conditions same thing but the diffrence here is mavuika is more related to reactions plus one thing bouth are the best in the game in turm of nuking just mavuika surpace is time of clear so far cz her ult is nor related to energy but the cost is natlan team so if anyone want a better dps then arlachino its mavuika but the consistancy in the damage is more related to her being with natlan characters meanwhile arlaccino is more easy to put in teams and characters we already have
With single target they looks like "equals" but with multiple waves of enemies Arlecchino has way less AOE and has to redo her entire team rotation for each wave and wait the skill to charge up again. With mavuika you can do 2-3 -4 wave of enemies for rotation. Ablout 2 to 10 times more damage on "multiple target" (depends on the number of targets)
Well, both clear content easily, but Arle is less restrictive and the one with the drip and does not jump around on a bike like a rabbit. Pretty easy pick in my opinion
Mavuika need both Xilonen and Citlali. If it was just Citlali you can only get her fighting spirit to half with just 1 rotation while having Xilonen can instantly fill fs

@joswinjames2613 I like em both but if you're deciding on who to pull as an F2P then pick Arlecchino she provides more consistent damage although Mavuika hits like a truck doing a Million Damage with her burst she is quite high investment because you need to have Xilonen/Citlali to basically burst every rotation (You can also use Ororon,Pyro MC and Kachina as subtitutes although not as great they the job done) as for Arlecchino you can slap an R5 3 star weapon on her and do like 100k dmg every normal attack with the right Artifacts rolls and teams

False information, Xilonen can Charge her ult back up in just 2 simple kicks and there she goes ready for another ult , Her Ult cd is like 13 second but minus 7 cause of her 7 seconds buffed attacks that do more dmg than arlechinos , then 3-4 seconds to use xilonen skill and there you go , Ult again, arlechino also requites those extra few seconds off field to use other characters skill so yeah even after their first rotation Mavuika still does more damage

I highly recommend.. if you’re doing showcase of characters, do not use food buff or potions. Let the people know their actual damage showcasing their capacity just with raw damage or a full rotation.

I have both. Dont understand the videos. Arle on my account clears content faster. The nuke effect sometimes happens but Arle 80k-140k per hit is constant. If you have arle c0 and get c1 or c2 it is even crazier. Why invest in a new char if you would have to get 3 copies to overtake an already existing? Generally if you want numbers, then get 1 char to c6 like neuv c6r1, mulani c6r1 or even clorinde/wriothesly c6 instead of having many c0 or c1. Makes a big difference. If you just want fun then get these you like.
I have both of them too, and after a tough choice I finally went with the c2 mavuika (because i only can do C2 one of them). and yes, she is crazier in her C2
and the fact that mauvika talents are 6 and 9 and have less crit rate and crit damage says something.😂😂😂😂 (most people feel stupid for pulling arle when nation of pyro is next)
I like both but I'm broke now 😭 for Arle now Qiqi took away everything from my Mavuikas savings 💀 already a bad start for me this 2025 Also lost on the weapon banner got Citlalis weapon and I thought the worst was over looks like it isn't 💀

Is Mavuika better than Arlecchino? It depends. She may even do more damage, but in terms of gameplay, style, amount of investment required, and diversity of comps, Arlecchino wins by a wide margin. Kids, understand that what defines whether a character is good or not goes beyond simple random numbers that appear on the screen.
Very questionable comparison. Why is Arlecchino not in his own artifact set? Why in the gladiator set? But Mavuika is wearing the unbalanced Natlan set.
There's about only 5-8% dmg difference between Arlecchino's Signature set and Gladiator set with Same stats. -I had better Gladiator pieces so I used them😊.
Her weapon is still her BIS, but she can use Jade if you don't have the sig (by the way, the signature weapon is absolutely not required. Arle is free-to-play friendly, you can even play her with white tassel, witch is a three star weapon everyone has, and still do big damages).
Mauvika on her own can fill her burst every rotation, just can't max the stat. It's just people downplaying her because people are scared to listen Mauvika has powercrept Arle before her rerun.
Mauvika herself generate enough fighting spirit ( 50% ) to use burst every rotation. If fact , using her Skill only helps filling other 3 hero’s burst much faster than they can do 😂 ( can say ‘they rely on Mauvika’ instead )
Mavuika too much dependent on Natlan characters. F2P players without Natlan characters, Signature weapon and constellation will suck. Arle and Hu Tao seems like a joke infront of Mavuika. So in the end imma never pull for Pyro DPS. I think hyperbloom teams are some of the best teams and Pyro messes it badly. So better skip Pyro.
@sa7le17m3 True. For my alt account, it's hard to play as an f2p arlecchino. I can't even defeat weekly bosses or some domains with her. While mavuika, I can just constantly use her skill for reactions, which is better if you don't have a dps fully built. After getting enough recourses, you can just change reaction based mavuika to dps, later on.
Uhmm i ve both and personally i would reccomend get arle if u cant get mavuika,s signature weapon or cant get citlali , cuz her team can be premium. Also in this short it was dmg showcase so they used many food buffs . While in actual combat u cant even get mavuika,s full burst without fellow natlan characters. Even tho pull eho u like. :)

Not true....I only use Kachina, Bennett, & Diona to finish 36 stars abyss with my Mavuika's 700k burst dmg & 2.5 million total dmg in just 10 secs.

If these are you only 2 top pyro DPS characters, you need both, for theater. If you have a lot of other ones, you don't need either one.
As an Arlecchino/Hu Tao/Lyney/Pyro Traveler/Pyro Ayaka main, the answer is Citlali.

Mavuika need both Xilonen and Citlali. If it was just Citlali you can only get her fighting spirit to half with just 1 rotation while having Xilonen can instantly fill fs

@joswinjames2613 I like em both but if you're deciding on who to pull as an F2P then pick Arlecchino she provides more consistent damage although Mavuika hits like a truck doing a Million Damage with her burst she is quite high investment because you need to have Xilonen/Citlali to basically burst every rotation (You can also use Ororon,Pyro MC and Kachina as subtitutes although not as great they the job done) as for Arlecchino you can slap an R5 3 star weapon on her and do like 100k dmg every normal attack with the right Artifacts rolls and teams

the team in this vid, arle will keep doing similar dmg for more rounds or 2nd wave of enemies, mavuika can't she won't get full ult and the dmg will come down wayyyy too much.
False information, Xilonen can Charge her ult back up in just 2 simple kicks and there she goes ready for another ult , Her Ult cd is like 13 second but minus 7 cause of her 7 seconds buffed attacks that do more dmg than arlechinos , then 3-4 seconds to use xilonen skill and there you go , Ult again, arlechino also requites those extra few seconds off field to use other characters skill so yeah even after their first rotation Mavuika still does more damage

No, unless you have better sub stats to combat the benefits of her dedicated set. Gladiator is 35% normal atk dmg alone, and her dedicated set is 54% dmg for her entire kit.

I highly recommend.. if you’re doing showcase of characters, do not use food buff or potions. Let the people know their actual damage showcasing their capacity just with raw damage or a full rotation.

I have both. Dont understand the videos. Arle on my account clears content faster. The nuke effect sometimes happens but Arle 80k-140k per hit is constant.
If you have arle c0 and get c1 or c2 it is even crazier.
Why invest in a new char if you would have to get 3 copies to overtake an already existing?
Generally if you want numbers, then get 1 char to c6 like neuv c6r1, mulani c6r1 or even clorinde/wriothesly c6 instead of having many c0 or c1.
Makes a big difference.
If you just want fun then get these you like.
I have both of them too, and after a tough choice I finally went with the c2 mavuika (because i only can do C2 one of them). and yes, she is crazier in her C2

Very questionable comparison. Why is Arlecchino not in his own artifact set? Why in the gladiator set? But Mavuika is wearing the unbalanced Natlan set.
There's about only 5-8% dmg difference between Arlecchino's Signature set and Gladiator set with Same stats.

Her weapon is still her BIS, but she can use Jade if you don't have the sig (by the way, the signature weapon is absolutely not required. Arle is free-to-play friendly, you can even play her with white tassel, witch is a three star weapon everyone has, and still do big damages).

Mauvika on her own can fill her burst every rotation, just can't max the stat. It's just people downplaying her because people are scared to listen Mauvika has powercrept Arle before her rerun.
Mauvika herself generate enough fighting spirit ( 50% ) to use burst every rotation.
If fact , using her Skill only helps filling other 3 hero’s burst much faster than they can do 😂 ( can say ‘they rely on Mauvika’ instead )

@sa7le17m3 True. For my alt account, it's hard to play as an f2p arlecchino. I can't even defeat weekly bosses or some domains with her. While mavuika, I can just constantly use her skill for reactions, which is better if you don't have a dps fully built. After getting enough recourses, you can just change reaction based mavuika to dps, later on.

Mauvika is better than arlechino , and everyone has kachina and pyro traveller might help as well ( i don't know how he works ) and bennet
