Be assertive, tough and overseeing . The working cultures must be,' buisness is buisness.' It's everybody 's buisness to take responsibility for our actions. Do our best, and use our conscience well because at the end of the day, we are paid for our goods and services. I do voluntary work sometimes ,and don't get paid but I make sure I give my best efforts at the tasks. Government have to be strong and know how best the public money is spent. NO COMPLACENCY....COME TO WORK OVERSEAS, YOU WIL, KNOW WHAT IT IS TO WORK AND RESPECT POLICIES AND PEOPLE, ORGANISATIONS.....NOT EVRRYTHING IS A FREE AND LACKADAISICAL Communication is the key to everything. If we cannot work, then speak to the supervisor or manager. There could be very genuine reasons for not being able to work. Another thing is good protocols need to be established in all organisations of employments .However small or big. Paying taxes for wages hrlp with getting paid while genuinely on sick leave...Good strategic systems in place following both Government and private companies laws will benefit all.
