Nah, allows for way more match ups + means that if NATO vs PAct balance aint perfect game is still playable. Also Ranked battle scenarios are wild no matter what I want more acc. I play campaigns. For me Ranked is just like Starcraft games were Mirror matches are fun and great part too. + If you want to immerse yourself you can always create a "training secenario" or some fictional wars, I mean the whole game is situated in a fictional war that never happend.
I think you can come up with reasonable explanations for pretty much any matchup if you try hard enough. Like for this battle: after West Berlin surrendered at the beginning of the war, the East Germans armed a patchwork force of communist defectors from the west with the equipment they captured, and that unit found itself facing a formation from the 3rd Armored, which was ordered to retreat after taking some surprisingly heavy losses among its supporting air assets.
Atm I have a bit more fun playing WARNO, but in general both are hella fun and there will be a time with more SD2 play aswell. The New Nemesis for example looks hella fun!
Thanks for all the WARNO content!
Any time!
Gladly this recent hotfix made the western Berlin deck viable again! What have they included in the hotfix besides the (necessary) Nighthawk buff?
I made a video about the hotfix yesterday (3 min long), Mostly AA improvements and alot of price changes.
Shame that Ranked games are not NATO vs PACT, kinda breaks immersion, don't you think?

Also, it's 100% possible for Ranked games to be NATO v Pact. It all depends on what decks are picked by the players.
sir, i wonder your opinion, do you prefer warno or sd 2?

@@sd_league but if may i ask, what era is this ? is warno same era as red dragon ??
the devs patched it pretty quickly i see
leaders buff optics on units?
No they dont, some units that stand still buff (security and Ground Radar units) gain one extra level of optics
