This park is truly amazing. I can only think of one park that has a slightly better coaster collection (Six Flags Magic Mountain to be exact), but the setting upon the lake, the hotels and perks that go along with them, and all their other rides make it a must visit destination.
The hand-slap turn on Gemini is my all-time favorite coaster "moment". Such fun memories of doing speedruns in the last hour before the park closed. ❤ And it's weird about the airtime on Blue Streak. I've not rode it since they replaced the lap bars, but back in the day it was just a thin metal bar and I came out of my seat on almost every single hill. I need to visit again to feel how Steel Vengeance is compared to its truly mean form, the Mean Streak, which I hated because it was so painful.
Great video and review! I’m so excited to be going for the first time next month. We are doing 2 days (Monday and Tuesday) with Fast Lane Plus passes on that Monday. We are staying off property at a VRBO. Thanks for the tips.
I've road millennium force 300 times was there opening day and waited almost 4 hours to ride it. And is just an amazing coaster row 5 has the best air time
Awesome video! Went a few weeks ago had an amazing time besides steel vengeance going down every 20 mins lol. Still managed to get a ride on it. But id like to add that the dining plan is 100 percent worth it. Get a meal every 90 mins. Also get refillable cups if you’re just going for the day 💪🏻
We all have our own opinion. We only stay at Hotel Breakers. The beach -Lake view --convince -Surf Lounge -Fire pits -cocktails -Pools --Starbucks -Our favorite -Evening dining --Bay Harbor Inn.
Bro. How would anyone be able to tell you if every ride will be open or not. If a ride still has issues the day before, then no, that ride will probably be open lol. And that happens a lot at the opening of the season. Opening day is usually pretty busy, and all of the new employees aren't accustomed to their jobs yet so operations are slow
I've never been to Cedar Point on opening day, but it will probably be pretty busy. Typically, operations aren't the best, and they might be a little understaffed at that point. I'm guessing they will do their best to have ever coaster open though.
@@thecoasterbros everyone seems to love it. I just really can't understand the hype. I rode it multiple times and it doesn't really do anything for me. The mid course launch was fun but other than that kinda nothing. I also have weird coaster taste because I enjoy SLC's more than most coaster enthusiast
@@whenisdinner2137 good reason being that people overate it because it's a cedar point coaster. Move it to any other park and it would never get mentioned . It's a coaster that I really don't get all the hype. It's a pretty tame coaster perfect for the family.

I think the biggest issue was that I was stapled quite badly.

I'm glad you found this video to be helpful! You'll have a great time there.

My top 3 at cedar point are
#1 steel vengeance
#2 millennium force
#3 Valravn .
Never got to ride top thrill but if I did it'd likely be#2

How busy does it get on opening day? And are all the coasters going to be open?

"Honey! Cancel the trip.. Coaster Bros says we shouldn't go this year!"
I’ll be going on the 26th for my school trip
Have fun! I wish I could go to Cedar Point for my school trip.
#1 Gatekeeper (Phenomenal and a childhood fav of mine)
#2 Maverick (the launch is insane)
#3 Steel Vengance ( Awesome Coaster)
What the fuck
Gatekeeper and valravn are very underrated
Unpopular opinion but Maverick is extremely overrated. Doesn't even make my top 50.
Personally I loved it but of course we all have different opinions.

You got that right. Unpopular opinion for good reason. 😂

@@1abrebel ??? I don’t know how you didn’t like it. I rode it 4 times with my cousins and we all put it at #3 in the park
