Thank you for sharing 🙏🏽 I’ve journal for years on/off but for the last 3 years I’ve been more consistent and I’m proud to say I journal nearly everyday 🙌🏽
Hi Trish! Thank you so much for watching! 🙏 Yay, you have?! That is awesome to hear. ☺️ Please let me know how it goes. I'd love to hear how you set up your bullet journal. Is this your first time bullet journaling?
I just can’t seem to stay committed to journaling I start writing a journal but then I just can’t seem to do it every day cause I be like “meh I don’t feel like it”. Is this anyone else?
Hi Belinda! I can totally relate. I'm actually going through a phase like this right now where I just don't feel like it. So I'm giving myself some grace to not do it. Journaling should be a space that we come to freely, instead of feeling like it's an assignment we're obligated to. At least, that's how I feel about it. If you're still feeling stuck, I recommend checking out my friend's recent video (her channel is spellbound notes) where she shares tips for journaling. It may help you out! Keep me posted on how you're doing Belinda! Sending lots of good journaling juju your way! :)
devnnluu thx, I have started to write in my journal again but I am printing out little inspiring quotes that keep me motivated, I will definitely check out your friends channel
Belinda Huth Hi Belinda! Oh, I love your idea of printing out quotes. Those will be lovely additions to your journal entries. And yes, I hope it helps you out. ☺️🙏 I also have a playlist with all my journaling-related videos if you want to check it out - ruclips.net/p/PLOpovlK74hyj3-_S0B6S5UOFuqxGN6vSf
Just about everyone feels this way at times. But something successful people almost always have in common is knowing that doing something when you don't feel like it is wht some people succeed and other fail. In other words, journaling, like every other discipline, is most important when you don't feel like doing it. "I don't feel like doing it" is THE number one reason for failure in every area of life.
@@jamesaritchie1 Hi James! Thanks so much for taking the time to share! That's a great point you bring up. I'd add to that, everyone should start with why and figure out their journaling goals. My journaling goals and aspirations have evolved (along with my other life pursuits) since I posted this video, so journaling consistently is not my priority now. For others, journaling goals may require consistency and more adherence and in those cases, absolutely, showing up when you don't feel like it is how you earn credibility with yourself. ❤️
