- Hey Foodies, today lets make Cheesy Chilli Nuggets Recipe at home, these will come out crunchier, spicier and cheesier than the ones we fry from the frozen packet :)

Ingredients:
Potato - 2 (boiled, peeled, chopped - total 1 cup)
Jalapeno - 4 tbsp, chopped fine
Salt - to taste
Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese - 1/4 cup
Maida - 4 tbsp + 1 tbsp (for dusting
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Corn Starch - 4 tbsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Water - to make a batter
Oil - 1 tbsp + to deep fry
Bread Crumbs - 2 cups
Chilli Flakes - 2 tbsp

Recipe is super yummy. Would like to recommend a few alternatives:
1) can add garlic powder instead of fresh garlic.
2) can pulse the breadcrumbs for 5 seconds in grinder . This will give a smooth & fine coating to the nuggets.
3) Once frozen they can popped in an air fryer for 7-8 minutes to avoid deep frying.
I wish I could get that right now!!!😋😋, surely gonna try.

i tried this recipe and everyone loved it specially the kids. instead of breadcrumbs i crushed doritos and cheetos. however this is not so simple, yaman makes it look very simple
