it sounds like maybe you have carpal tunnel or something like that. not saying it's not arthritis too cuz it's probably a little of that too, but you do do a lot of editing and stuff on the computer and even nowadays everyone using their phones texting and typing and scrolling can affect our hands and fingers too and make your forearms feel sore too. try using muscle and pain gels or creams you can get some over the counter but if you are already going to a doctor they'd most likely be more than happy to write you a script. I forgot what the names are but they have aspirin and cortisone I think in them and they actually kinda work. see if you can get Davis to give you a hand/forearm massage too, those feel soooo nice! lol
