I agree! 🤍 This channel is so down to earth, friendly, and real 😊 I found her through an interest in minimalism and she’s the only one I still watch, and honestly a big factor is that it’s the only one that doesn’t make me want to acquire more stuff for supposed ease or aesthetic even- 🤦🏽♀️ it’s crazy how the other ones are buy buy buy and purge- she’s purging but cycling needs in such a responsible sensible way

You have me thinking, but I wonder if anyone would really be interested. I’m not even sure what my subject should be. I’d have to do extremely well to replace my income as a teacher. Congratulations on your achievements! 😀
I am sure you would do great! There are so many different topics out there. Teaching different subjects could be a topic, there is an extremely successful math RUclips Channel I have seen.
Shannon, this was so interesting, answered so many questions that I wondered about. I am in my 70’s and may be too old to dive into something like this. In my 20’s I was an on air person doing a live children’s tv show. One hour live with 4 live, unpredictable 4 year olds. (Romper Room). That job ended after our city flooded from a hurricane. This would have been perfect. My degree is in Home Economics and I am also an artist. You’ve given me things to ponder……thank you for this insight, good luck to your husband. Happy thanksgiving.
It sounds like you would be perfect for a youtube channel. There are a lot of very successful channels that keep little kids entertained also crafting for kids channels and blogs do really well. =) I hope you have a nice Thanksgiving.

This is sooo inspiring to me, Shannon! Ozzie and I have talked for years about developing our social media accounts to bring in income but we have not found our groove for consistency and topic. This inspires me to just go for it and post what I want to post and then if I need to pick a niche, let it happen organically with what I want to do.

Congratulations for goods new . Since your husband is carpenter , he can consultation carpenter in any manufacturing for 2 or 3 hours per weeks or months , which will support as well he can start working with interior designer that will help him for more income as well create amazing furniture

Thank you for sharing your journey. I’ve started a RUclips channel recently and I’m realizing how much time it takes and how difficult it can be to learn. I’m 61 and tech is not always my friend 😅. I just started because it looked fun and will continue to see how it goes and if it continues to be fun. There are many RUclipsrs who their partner also leaves their career and assist with or create their own videos. I looked into the RUclips how to but as a Canadian with the cost of 250 and exchange that is too pricey for me, but I’m just having fun 😊
Editing videos and filming is so much fun, but yes it takes a lot of time and energy especially when you are first learning. Reach out if you ever have any questions and I would be happy to help =)

Congratulations on being a 'go-getter'. It's so easy for people to 'play it safe' in their lives, be it in their private life or work life. Being someone who has lived and worked all over this wonderful world in my 70 years, I can attest to 'sticking your neck out' or just 'trying something new' maybe daunting for some, but please, you only live once and there's a HUGE BIG WORLD full of fun and different things to try out there. Go look for yourselves, try something new, seek out new friends, it's all out there waiting to be discovered. Laughter is the same in any language! P.S. I was hoping that the news was of a new baby on the way!
I agree there is so much adventure and opportunity out there for us all. Sometimes we just have to leave our comfort zone. =)

Shannon congratulations on your success and Grant’s new adventure. You both are still young enough to take chances and pursue your dreams. My husband went into sales in our early years and took a chance as his income was only his commissions. I believed in him and supported his dreams. At the time I was working only part time because of my autoimmune disease. Thankfully things worked out well for us. If you don’t try you’ll never know.

Wow, I am a long time subscriber to Lisa and found your channel independantly a long time later. Have watched & enjoyed you both to this day.
