Must-See ADU Tour in Los Angeles

This property was previously a 400 square-foot garage and is now a one bedroom one bath 624 square-foot ADU.
This ADU features an open concept living room that opens to the kitchen. The kitchen features quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a pantry for extra storage.
The bedroom is 11 x13 and features a rare Walk in closet for an ADU. The bathroom is one of my all time favorite layouts and finishes.
One thing I always try and do for ADUs is include some type of outdoor space. This one features two outdoor spaces, a private front patio and a private backyard equipped with turf.
