On the first presentation, could you please share how the screens were grayed out while simultaneously showing the one in color. Also, how can the video be cut out? There are parts of my cooking clips where I would like to take out unwanted parts and clip them together.
How would you do a high number of split screens? For example: 3x4=20, 4 x 4 =16. 4x5=20, 6x5=30

I would love to be able to see a visual of the audio track for each video in the split screen editing environment to make it easier to line up the videos as there is sometimes a lot of footage to comb through at the beginning of the clips.
Thank you for this tutorial. After deselecting the "Enable split screen animation", I could still see it in the video. Please any help on how to remove the animation completely will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In beginning of your vid you ha d MANY Split Screen options to choose from. Ive updated to the 9.2 and only have 3 Split Screen options. Where do I get MORE Split Screen options?
I love the program, the render is great, but, what does it mean when it says a graphic program need a to be install for a better performance. This is the 9.2 that it’s asking for. Do you recommend a specific Radeon graphic program?

is it possible to drag and drop cut out clips from entire move directly to split screen? so say movie is 10 minutes and there are two clips say 1 minute each that i want to be in split screen. i would just drag and drop them directly from video track to the split screen so i would only be working on one clip as opposed to exporting each clip separately then importing them back and then adding them to split screen? the current method is so time consuming

Hi JJ, I really loved Filmora 9 and also the pro version. I have one problem maybe you can advise me. I did a lot video training for my students. When running my video and the same time using the webcam and talking on the subject as it is moving. So using the webcam the video stop, not like using camtasia. Im new to Filmora9 (bought it just 2 weeks ago), and I'm loving every minute on it, and really excited for this update. However, when I click on "check for updates", it says that I'm up to date with 9.1.4. Any thoughts? Im in the UK and running the software on an iMac macOS Mojave10.14.6 , if that makes a difference!

If you have install again from website...When you install software say overwrite...Click install again...You can update

How do you swamp the video feeds when using your webcam for music video reviews? In other words how to make the large window and the small window being the youtube video you are reviewing? It defaults the opposite way to have the webscreen being the small window...
@@FilmoraWondershare It covers the other screen if I try and reverse it. It wants to keep the video target on top and not let me reverse the feeds. I'm not certain how to make the main screen the browser and the small screen the webcam from pc record option.

That's exactly what I need and want is to be able to swap video capture feeds so we can select which window gets which feed. This way like most music reviewers I can make the Webcam the main window and the video appear on top in the bottom left corner. When do you think that might be able to be done?

How make the borders rounded
could you explain how in the haul clip you were able to make the other sections of the split screen monochrome until thier time came? It seems like when i try to manipulate the color it applies for the full time of split screen and not able to make it come and go as you do.
Is there a way to get rid of the white borders? I wanna buy the program, but not sure if it´s not possible to eliminate them.

This is only good if you want to make the whole video with split screen and you have decided to do so from the start, but it gets very complicated if I am already in the middle of making a video and then wanting to make a split screen for two video tracks in the middle of the video. Is there a way to do the latter with just one press of a button just like what is done in some other platforms?

When I drop in my video into the split screen frame, the video won't play. It just stay frozen on the first frame. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix?

Hello.I have filmora 9.3 version but I make my own split by resizing the footage(easier for me). My own problem is adding an effect to a particular layer (the smaller one) as the effect by default goes to the full screen layer .I would really appreciate if you answered my question. Thank you.

@@FilmoraWondershare you could charge ALOT more if you create a way to help every choir/choral group in the world. singing tiles of virtual choirs presently take tons of time to create, the ideal software vehicle hasn't been created to do this yet. six is a good start. 12 would be oh so much better. how about 32?

How do you remove the splitscreen border
Okay. I use Filmora9 every day. I updated to the new version 3 days ago. And my issue is this. When I have an effect on a normal clip all is fine. BUT, if that clip is cropped or a pan and zoom the effect is all messed up and gives a line trough the clip and a about 1/8th of the clip does not have the effect on it. I need this fixed as soon as possible. My current video I am working on needs to go live in the next few days. Thank you for your time. (Posting this here because I NEVER hear back from support issue emails).
by effect I mean (Overlays and filters) encase that wasn't clear.
@@FilmoraWondershare Yes 9.2.1.10 is the version I am using and I just did a fresh reinstall. Opened my current project and still has the banding. Really not happy with this issue.

Gary Martin I wish their tutorials were much slower and clear. After playing around with this effect, I finally figured it out. Double click your choice of split screen effect in your timeline, click advanced, drag your video or picture one by one from your media to the split screen window (+1, +2, etc.). Edit your video or picture in your timeline. Hope this helps.
