As someone who’s been listening to kpop for over a decade, and with complete objectivity they are the best female groupe right now, and they’re so underrated, their choreography and dancing abilities are unreal… they can make it seem to effortless like no other girl group can, but unfortunately americanized groups will take it anyday
For anyone not already aware - go check out their "fix ver" where the camera is constant and no confusing edits, zooming, or changing angles & perspectives. I find those extremely mesmerizing compared to this sort which can be a bit disorienting...Although these do have their benefits, too and am not really knocking these formats. Just different. I really wish they'd combine the fixed ver with being in the outfits and stage, and not always only in a practice studio wearing jeans & sweats. But hey, glad they do them. They are almost always my favorite way to really capture what the choreo is all about.

I love so much how in this comeback everyone gets to shine equally (DC is more fair than most of K-pop groups, but Handong used to rarely get spotlight, Dami and Gahyeon as well, though not to this extent). I’ve felt that main focus was always on JiU, Yoohyeon and Siyeon. There’s no hate behind my words, because I truly love DC and they’re one of my very favourite group in general, not just gg. And I get that why line distribution is more in favour of Siyeon or Yoohyeon, simply because of their vocals. Or that JiU is a visual or SuA getting most of dance breaks (rightfully as main dancer). So I mean just the screen time here, nothing more or less ❤ Btw I’m sure I’ve mentioned it at some point in comment somewhere (probably stage haha), but omg I just can’t, that hairstyle suits Handong so much, she’s a bias wrecker for sure haha The whole team (make up, cloths, camera man, back up dancers, the whole production in general) did such an amazing job (nothing new, but still they deserve the credits every time :D) half of the views of this vid is mine. You Dreamcatcher stars have revolutionized the K-pop genre. They are like a chorus of voices that fit perfectly into the gothic genre of K-pop. mixing rock with metal You are leaders in the genre, no J-pop band can put on a show as complete as Dreamcatcher. Not even rivals like Everglow and Aespa can compete with them in quality of music and show Dreamcatcher is a group just as good as ITZY and GIDLE I am not mentioning TWICE because despite their popularity in voices SANA and MOMO are not good singers which makes it not a complete group because even though all of its members dance well they have 2 of their members who sing badly.

The direction/cinematography is great on this one. The Odd Eye dance vid in particular felt so frantic with quick cuts everywhere, but this is sooo much better. Longer shots panning between members and tracking stuff around rather than just jumping one to the next. The full ten second single shot from 0:38 to 0:48 is awesome, how it tracks Jiu-Siyeon-Dongie so smoothly. And speaking of Dongie, that cape outfit? and just... in general? Oh man total bias wrecker this comeback
This is... different. It feels like this choreo was designed with singing in mind, the movements aren't half as powerful as in Boca or Odd Eye for example. It uses other ways to be effective : sub-grouping, symmetry, and a heck lot of acting and hand movements. Not as impressive in a dance perspective, but more sustainable for the girls yet working very well !
I just received a note for the Dance video and it's amazing 😍 i totally love it as i said for the MV this dance video clip is as powerful as the MV ! This time they are on another level than ever it's very strong song and the music too i liked pop music but after i hear Dreamcatcher with this rock and rock Pop vibe i listened to their music every time and hour of the day!!
