- The latest digital twin technology, Run MyVirtual Machine 3D, is taking what's possible in a virtual environment to the next level. Not only can we see the critical decisions that the CNC's brain will make in our PC, but now we can visualize the entire machine space. The 3D option gives a user the ability of importing tooling and fixturing to completely emulate the setup that they'll perform on the production floor.
With this new level of transparency, problems that would have kept the machine tool from a timely setup can now be overcome before you've picked up the first wrench - finally giving the programming department the tools to know exactly what will happen once Cycle Start is pressed.

Ah that's a pity. Just bought the machine last year so an upgrade will take some patience. Really happy with the Siemens control though!

Can you please explain what is the core difference between Creaty MyVirtual Machine and Run MyVirtual Machine? When one should use Create and when Run? Thank you!
Create is use to create VCP file. and Run is use on the shop floor
@@MrCNC Thank you for your reply. Where can I download Create My VM? If I understood these presentation correctly, one needs both Create and Run My VM when digital twin of Sinumerik one is created. Is that right?
I am currently working on my bachelor thesis and was wondering if you had any idea on benefits occuring when physically connecting the digital twin with the real machine.

@@MrCNC Thanks for answering. I know about PMM/ 3DTwin. I was more interested in things that can`t be done and might be possible if you have the real machine hooked up to R/CMVM. Like sending required tools from the digital twin to the real machine or refreshing my magazine on the digital twin according to the tools placed in the real machine.

Now my situation is next:
I was get a job as a CNC operator in in Austria(and i m from Bosnia and i really need the job in Austria so i could bring my wife and child ) and i m having 0 experiance as a cnc operator and they know that i will go thorugh 2 month training,and i didn t get the job position as cnc programer and they said that i won t do anything like programing a g code,so im just operator,and i'm wondering do you know maybe what are going to be my tasks as cnc operetor of that maschine,do you have like some manuals when it comes to changing tool parts,could you give me some advices...
