सर पेंशन योजना 1993 के पारा 38 के अनुसार रिमूवल वाले को यदि अपिल में दुबारा ली जाती है तब रिमूवल के पहले की सेवा काउंट होगा मगर इसके लिए किया सर ब्रेकिंग सर्विस होने पर पूरानी सेवा काउंट नही होता है
