    Badam Ka Sharbat:
    Ingredients:
    Milk 1 jug
    Sugar ½ cup
    Almonds, pistachios (cut) as required
    Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
    Rose water 1 tbsp
    China grass (freezed pieces) ½ cup
    Method
    In milk add sugar, cardamom powder and rose water and mix well. Then add china grass pieces, almond, pistachios and let it cool down.
    Khoya zarda:
    Ingredients:
    Sela rice (boiled) ½ kg
    Sugar ½ kg
    Whole dried milk 250 grams
    Mix dry fruits as required
    Green red ashrafiyan as required
    Orange peel 4 tbsp
    Clarified butter ½ cup
    Cardamom 4-5
    Yellow color as required
    Screw pine essence few drops
    Sterling silver leaf 1
    Cloves 3-4
    Method
    Add cloves and yellow color in rice and boil them until rice gets done. Then strain rice water and keep them in strainer. Now heat clarified butter in a pan and fry cardamom and cloves in it. Then add sugar and 2 cups water. When boil comes and sugar got melt then add rice. When sugar syrup got absorbed then add screw pine essence and let it simmer. When it gets done then mix whole dried milk, all dry fruits and orange peel then take out in dish and put sterling silver leaf and serve.
    Qeema biryani:
    Ingredients for mince:
    Beef mince 600 gram
    Onion (finely cut) 2
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Tomatoes (boiled, blended) 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    Red chili powder 1-1/2 tbsp
    Turmeric ¼ tsp
    Coriander, mint, green chili as required
    Dried plums 8-10
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Oil ½ cup
    Biryani masala 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Lemon slice 8-10
    Ingredients for rice:
    Rice 600 gram
    Mix all spice 1 tbsp
    Salt as required
    Yellow food color 2 pinch
    Method
    Heat oil and fry onion in it. Then add mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, turmeric, yogurt, biryani masala and tomatoes and saute well. Now add ½ cup water and cook till mince get tender. And saute more. Then add green chili, coriander, mint, dried plums, all spice powder, lemon juice and lemon slice and mix. Now in a pan boil water then add salt and whole all spice and cook till it starts boiling. When one thread left in rice then sieve water. In an another pan mix ½ cup water and 2 tbsp oil and add half quantity of rice. Then add mince then rest of the rice above. Now add yellow food color dissolve in water and let I simmer. When it gets cook then take out and serve.
