Ahmedabad ke swadist farsaan ke saath saath jaani-maani hai yaha ki Shudh Shakahari Gujarati Thaliya. Aur ye thaliya Gujarat ke paramparik swad ke saath yaha ki sanskriti ko bhi agey badha rahi hai. Farsaan, Gujarati Dal, Aloo tamatar sabzi, Chowli sabzi, rotli ye saazi cheezey Gujarati thali ka ahem hissa hai aur Ahmedabad ke har restaurant aap is tasty khane ka anand le sakte hai. Lekin kuch jagaha swadist khane ke saath saath sajavat aur kathirdari me bhi us Gujarati parampara ko barkarar rakhti hai.
Jaise Vishalla, ye jagah 1978 me shuru hui thi aur ye ek paramparik Gujarati gaav jaise bani hai. Mitti ke ghar, puratan darwazey, ghaas ki chhat, jameen par baithkar khana, aisi anginat cheezey yahapar khane ke anubhav ko khaas banati hai.
Aisa hi ek aur khaas anubhav paane aap Agashiye ja sakte hai. Ye ek purani haveli ki chhat par basa restaurant hai aur yaha aap Chandi ki thali me tees alag alag vyanjano ka maza le sakte hai! Ye jagah aapko bikul shahee andaaz me khana parosati hai. Inki khatirdari aur swad dono ka jawab nahi!
Lekin agar aap Sirf aur sirf khane ka maza lena chahate hai toh aap Gordhan Thal aur Atithi ja sakte hai jo ki Ahmedabad me thali parosane wali famous jagao me se hai. Har jagah ki apni alag khasiyat aur pehechaan hai aur inmese aapko kaunsa anubhav lena hai ye toh aap video dekh kar jaan hi jayenge!

Every dish is pure chillies, if you lot really want to see the children ,elderly,those with medical condition,eat happily your dishes you would NEVER make so spicy...but then you lot more interested in M O N E Y....I happened to see a prog.on tv ,a very wellnknown chef (at that is what he calls himself ) prepared a veg.dish..and concluded by saying ...And now for some TASTE....BY PUTTING 3 TEASOON FULL OF RED CHILLI....BURKE...chillies for taste ? Then bother with Jeera,daalchinni, garlic etc...😢😢😢

RUclips ki income par aapko kaunse form/certificate dena padta hai ya income tax ke siva koi aur tax bharna padta hai.
Agar tax bharna padta hai ya certificate Dena padta hai toh agar aap ko koi etraj na ho toh uska naam bata sakenge.

All places are iconic but for gordhan thal... it's highly overrated and having absolutely stupid staff not suitable for Gujarati dining...

Every man it's only limited item..due to business mind more than 20 items the cost of food more so consumption less..they can earn more...
Try hotel pine vinta (formerly known as Panchvati) in Rajkot - Bhaktinagar road. Far better than this Ahmedabad thalis.
