My first 2 pieces of gear were stratus jacket and the midi pants. Can't wait to get the bins. Very impressed with it in NE ohio shotgun week. Got to 17 degrees and I was good to go with how I layered underneath the shell. All your videos have helped me thank a million

Hoping to have some stratus bibs and a lightweight core shirt/LS as well before season! Keep it up! Can’t express enough how comfortable and quality this gear is!
Still rockin’ my Gen 1 Optifade Forest Stratus bibs... Yeah, they are REALLY green, but they are much warmer than the newer models thanks to the higher loft fleece. I tried the newer model, but Gen 1 bibs were almost halfway between the current stratus and fanatic. I think they are 5-6 years old, and still in great shape! Regardless of which year or model you buy, the stratus set is absolutely awesome! I do miss the full length zips on mine though!

I live in Michigan and plan on running my equinox midi pants under these bibs for late season.. I just bought the fanatic hoodie and Celsius midi jacket. Do you think the stratus jacket will be enough for late season with that setup or do you think I should go with the fanatic jacket? It does occasionally get into high teens at the end of the season but im thinking the stratus jacket with the right layers underneath would be enough? Thoughts? I tend to run hot and have pretty good cold tolerance. Don’t want to spend more if I don’t have to

If I can have one I would.choose the fanatic bib. If u plan to hunt all the way til November then I recommend u get the fanatic bib. Stratus you will have to layer in and out to stay warm.
Also some Facebook groups that have people selling used gear. I got a pair of these off someone selling these bibs. The group is for anyone selling any camo, I think the title is like sixsite, Kuiu, firstlite, Sitka. I’m a college kid too and this came in handy.

Do you recommend to get 1 size bigger?If I have layers underneath, I feel like my regular size would be a tight fit.

If it’s cold enough to need the Fanatic Jacket, is day go with the Fanatic Bibs.
I am 5”11 190lbs athletic build - L or XL in the bibs ??

I live in michigan and looking for a good bow Hunting outfit and it ranges from 50s down to low 30s do u think these will be good?
What my mid season Whitetail set up and add the equinox midi pants to that system. You’ll be golden.
I wear these mid 30s with 2 base layers one merino and one polyester base on bottom no problem. On top, merino wool, fanatic hoody and stratus.
Do you think having the non fleece on the leg for burs makes a big difference in the stratus vs fanatic bib
Fanatics will definitely pick up more spurs than the stratus set .
Fanatic bib was modified and doesn’t have the berber fleece in the legs anymore. So, warmth in the right areas, without picking up burrs.

Depends on your temp. With proper layering , I wear it into the high 20’s

I feel like Sitka makes some of the best hunting outerlayers but can’t afford them right now. College kid
