I’m going to start with a compliment for my friend on the right - he has a very pleasant voice and sounds like a good guy to play magic against. Now we need to proceed to harsh truths - he had a poor match. In game 1 he was representing lethal with Grist ult and chose to concede - yes, opp had Food token, but that doesn’t matter, you make him remember it. Game 2 he missed that opp cast Leyline of the void off one black source. Game 3 he obviously bungled the grist which he realized, but the much worse misplay was saccing the second Wall of Roots earlier.
Living end guy’s play was pretty tight throughout though I didn’t love tapping out for force of vigor in g3, he cast the leyline illegally as I mentioned (though it didn’t matter) and at the end of g3 the exalted grief attacks were way too cute and he needed to just get in with the Ent from the start.

To be fair the yawgmoth player is new to playing modern and yawgmoth also. He mainly plays pioneer. But he enjoys the complex combo decks

The living end player had a filter land so he did have the 2 black mana to cast the leyline :)

Wall of roots can give G mana only once each turn right?

@@teguhreinaldo5918 That 's right. I think he wanted to active the ability at the end of the turn. So his op allowed him to do it.

What are the life points counters on the table? I'd love to buy a couple.
