This is two episodes in a row that reference The Nightmare Before Christmas. Episode 1 had a Nightmare Before Christmas poster when Dot was being arrested and a shot of three shadowy figures with masks from the movie. Episode 2 has the song "This Is Halloween" from the movie. I wonder if every episode is going to have some sort of reference, leading up to that movie somehow working its way into the plot. Is Jack Skellington this season's UFO?

Oh damn. They did do things like this in previous seasons, you're right! Unfortunately I've never watched Nightmare Before Christmas, so I'm not going to be able to play the game. 🤔

@@ahatfulofreactions1414 It may be worth checking out (it's a delightful film), because episode 3 had even more references to The Nightmare Before Christmas. Not only the three people with masks (all from the movie), but also a blow-up decoration in the front yard early in the episode. We're only three episodes in and there have already been a bunch of references. Can't wait to see if it leads to something.

Anyone else think Scotty is the Sheriff's child? He said Dot left him 9-10 years ago and Scotty is 9. Getting pregnant would be a great motivator to get away from him.
