The good thing is if you fall I'm pretty sure you can pick yourself up and get in your chair or sofa and then in your chair me as a man my body is so heavy and my balance is also really bad i couldn't do it but you I'm sure you can you are so slim and strong 💪♿👍

Good to see you again. I must say that I think you've got remarkable dynamic sitting balance and core control for your level of SCI. Definitely looked like a workout lol... Well done. Do you ever do popups or wheelies to roll over smaller obstacles to your casters? Was curious since your balance is so good.
Those pants heated only at hips and knees and not down nearer lower extremities? Didn't know that. But yes, one must be careful about skin integrity with diminished sensation.
I can do small wheelie to go over a cable or robe for example that is on the ground but not an actual wheelie. My balance is not that good I would say...I still need to improve still I'm able to sit up right without back support.No, those pants don't heat down nearer lower extremities but they have other products as socks for lower extremities. @@SandraHwheelchair Ok, that's cool. Me popups too, no wheelies. Guess that makes sense about the clothing. Maybe not practical nor cost effective for them to put heating elements throughout. Your posture appears to have improved since your first videos.
@@lj8902 yh I don't know exactly what are the costs for them with the heating elements. For example they said if I had to buy smth that at the moment is sold out next order can be August because they do by seasons. Is that so? I myself don't see the improvement. Thank you!
@@SandraHwheelchair Wow, that's crazy! Must be hard and/or time consuming to make? Still pricey lol. Has it been cold enough there yet to determine if they work for you?
@@lj8902 I used them at trainings so far because not moving my lower body makes my legs cold and so far is good

I really like those pants because my legs are always freezing in the hospital. And wow. I would never be able to do that lol

Hi Sandra! Just curious, when you raise your legs up to get your pants over your feet do you ever experience residual pain above your hips? I do but no one seems to know why. Just curious. Really enjoying your videos! Inspirational!
No, I don't have pain. Just that I have to do it slowly because of my spasticity. Thank you!

The handles on the chair back appear to bee about 2cm to high.
Yes, they are but it's ok for me. I had to lower my back support and now it's the difference.

Yes I was born with Cerabel Paulsy also have cystic fibrosis. My Cerabel Paulsy is not that bad thou .Can move my arms, hand movement ristricked but, very little meaning I can't turn my hands upside down completely thou, I can use my hands quite well. I can also move my fingers but my legs can only bend few a degrees and don't go completely straight when laying down. So I'm not so flexible.
@@friedrichhoberg9021 ok that's your situation but I'm sure you can do other things better. To turn in the wheelchair is not that important
@@SandraHwheelchair yes i know :) I hardly ever use my chair I mostly croll to where I want to be in the house . I only use the chair when I'm going to the mall or other events out side of the house. I like to play chess. on chess.com So if you know how to play and want a game. Let me know. I'm also studing for a BA degree in Psycology
