Like, if someone died from drug abuse, people will judge them that they deserved it because they abused drugs vs if they died by accident than people will feel sorry for them. People who die from drugs are judged differently and looked down on. Suey" is "suicide", "chopped" in half, to avoided push back from Columbia Records.
