- I was watching @rubyandpearlxo this morning, she uses a lot of book pages in her collage backgrounds. There was no one particular video but I felt inspired to make a neutral book page collage background and then see where it evolved from there. I was also greatly inspired by the tags my mum made for her lace journal.

It’s a relief to hear that my teenage daughters aren’t the only ones that don’t want to do anything and have so much negativity towards everything. My youngest is turning 13 this month, and out if everything there is to do, she wants to just stay at home for her birthday.

Thankfully we have central AC in Florida. It was 102f with a heat index of a 110f here yesterday. With the high humidity here, I couldn't survive without my AC. Hopefully, you will be in your renovated home soon.
I’m jealous you’re going to Puglia! We love it there - those houses with the peaked roofs are so interesting. I remember eating at a great little restaurant there. Enjoy!

Rachel, I feel your pain. We had a fire and were out of our house for 9 months. In a 1 bedroom apt with 3 cats. Then we got covid when we moved home after 1 1/2 months. We were so sick we had to retire from work and we decided to move to Texas. We sold our house over a weekend, packed up and rented a motorhome to move the cats and hit the road. Now I have my own craft room and it was mostly worth it except the covid. Anyway it will all work out the way it's supposed to. The 4th of July is coming so lots of celebrating going on here. Stay cool and enjoy the new redo. Hugs Sandie

Ha ha, yes we still have BuildaBear in the states.
I am in a Radom state right now too. I go to my craft room & move things around. I have several journals that are so close to being done but I can’t motivate to do them. It’s getting pretty hot here too, maybe that’s why. I always tend to get restless right after the kids are out of school but haven’t really settled into summer yet. It’s all happening.

I agree with all comments... You have a certain look to your fussy cuts and ephemera. What and where do you look for your cutouts???? Several are religious/spiritual, lace cutouts, paper backgrounds(not the book page). I am watching this again because it is like a play date while you talk. I love it... 👏👏🌈

We still have Build a Bear in the US. But if you're really lucky you can got to the Vermont Teddy Bear Company and choose what you want like build a bear. My son worked there and made a Greatful Dead teddy Bear for me and I love it!

Hi Rachel, a quick hint, I keep my aqua glue upright in a small drinking glass so it flows really easily and I just discovered it has 2 ends..a thin on and a fat one both for glue..who knew, apparently not me.🥴. also the tags liked being asked about what they want.❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦

A lot of people dfo not have it, they are quite hysterical about air blowing on them,lol! I've been in restaurants where people have asked for the fan to be turned off!
