Thanks for such a passionate overview of The Collaboration Equation. I just got it today and can't wait to read it! I love one of your last comments - Humans resist change, but we all grow. Change agents desire growth and fight resistance. So true that this stuff is so hard, thanks for sharing years of learning with us.

I ordered the book last week from Amazon, which was supposed to arrive yesterday. I got a message that it wasn't shipped and there is no ETA. Just wondering if you are seeing distribution issues with your book or if this is just an Amazon system issue?
That's odd, Amazon has been pretty fast with most of the Amazon direct orders. But they've been weird with a lot of my packages in general lately. I have had several orders do that or other weird things like give me a delivery date of next week and the just show up. One order showed up, they never marked is a shipped, they sent another one and when I told them they just said, "our bad, keep it." So, I think Amazon is starting to come apart at the seams.
@@jimbenson9705 Yes, same here. I too have noticed increasing issues with Amazon deliveries. I'll get it eventually, or I may cancel the order and re-order; maybe something is stuck in the system.
I loved Personal Kanban, and I can't wait to dig into this next book. I also love your videos. Just a note... if you were ever inclined to produce regular content, I would be first in line to subscribe to a Patreon, sub-stack, or other means to pay for your content. I am sure quite of few other people would as well. Keep up the good work!
