Great review ! I have worn Round House overalls for a good while now. I also have some pairs of their carpenter jeans. Love them ! I like the fact that they are all USA made from cotton fields, mills, American labor, to us. I will not wear any other brand. I have two pairs of the blue denim, one pair of hickory strip, one pair of brown duck, and one pair of black duck. All wear well and are holding up great. Like you I have noticed a couple of loose threads but that doesn't bother me. The brown duck overalls I purchased as seconds for half price and there was one little small "hole" that doesn't compromise the overalls. Very, very satisfied with with all their products. They were right in the groin area. I wear 42 in liberty and the 44 fit like a 40 in liberty maybe tighter. I think a 46 or even a48 might fit but I don’t have the patience to do online so I’m going to go foreign with Key again
I've always found that it can be a pain when switching brands of clothes and footwear. Amazing how things can be sized differently between brands.

I have been wearing Liberties. Every pair is sized different although the same size on tag. Worn 30” inseam all my life. Las pair was 30” but had to be 33” long. Do Round House keep sizes consistent???? I am going to try them.
That was the same problem I had when wearing liberties and the reason I switched. Round house has been good on sizing. If my belly would quit expanding I’d be real good on sizing. lol.

The Roundhouse overalls I bought have a label that says they were made in Vietnam.
They do have a option for some that are sewn overseas. I've seen that option on their website, cheaper price point.
