Eovolt City - Riding Up A 20% Gradient

Whats your honest thoughts on this bike ? they are selling thme for around 1050 GBP in 2020 Eovolt city 4 speed Germany ?

For getting round towns and city's staying on tarmac it's great. The 20" bike is better for getting more adventurous.

Was this the City one or 4 version? trying to decide whether I need the 4 or not

I think it is the version without gearbox, as I can't see a shift knob on the handlebar. (See 0:22)
