When she says non-believers, she's including herself and admitting that she co-signed this non-relationship/relationship with Alfie. But then she has a news flash for him. Guess what? I believe in love, Alfie. It is ok to want it, and I deserve to find it. I know it won't work for us, but when you figure this out, Alfie, just let your heart lead the way and you too will find love. By the end, she is singing freely and still in control with her own flair. Beautiful! Absolutely BRILLIANT!
