Can you exclude any inheritance during the marriage?
For an example if parents give me their house while already married in accrual system

Inheritances are automatically excluded from the accrual claim upon divorce or death.

@@motsepethompson1118 make sure your spouse makes an informed descision by understanding the pros ans cons. Unfortunately, you can't force your spouse to enter into an agreement, it needs to be a mutual descision between the parties to agree the terms in writing.

Child maintenance will be decided based on merits upon divorce. Best will be to get advise from a divorce lawyer if this is the route you will be taking.
