- So here is my first video of a truck in action with a tripod and HD camera. Sorry the video was short. They went on break right after this street and my main focus was to film the WM McNeilus REL (which never showed up). Thanks to this awesome crew for allowing me to film!
My grandfather worked his way up to a captain precinct/alderman superintendent for streets of sanitation his name was George M Rendon. He passed away June 26th this summer a day before my birthday. It hasn’t been the same without him since. His workers loved him sometimes people would come just to visit him. Miss you and love you grandpa.
The employee(s) in this video are very efficient and professional. You make Chicago the city that works!!

Its do weird when you see streets that they have to put the cans in front of the house. I live on major ave and all the cash be in the alley

I saw this thing on the news about how WM has a one man crew while these have 3 man. But this crew is really nice.
a driver/loader is the norm in a lot of places. as far as their pace goes...i'm ok with it. I mean, what's your reward for rip-assing through your route??? you run hard tipping carts at a furious pace. what do you get for doing that??? if super speed don't translate to more cash, forget it.
