I feel so bad for helaena more than any character in this show. She legit knows whats going to happen by being a dreamer. Literally everything! Thats so much torture 😢 poor girl.
Yeah but she doesn't KNOW she knows what's going to happen haha. Just weird shit she sees not like an accurate vision of aegon getting burned alive by vhagar.
They could bid make sense maybe? Or they only come in flashed Or only when she is looking at insects and that’s when the knowings come? May not make sense? And her whole life no one has been listening Just thinking she’s odd
Lol, fr. Sometimes I wish she'd just be like "No, I won't join you because I don't want to" but obviously for the sake of her plot line(s) & her having her dreams or her previous dreams playing out, that can't happen. She's too kind for her own good & I always feel like these types of people get taken advantage of IRL where they get pushed around into doing things they don't want to do/be part of.
I'm actually surprised that I didn't immediately think the same thing. They made a point of showing that guy lose his arm. I guarantee when they debut The Shepherd, the pre-episode flashback is gonna feature that scene
@jackiegrace5167 he's gonna play a major role later in the story, but the cliffsnotes and spoiler free version is that he's a preacher with one hand that doesn't like the noble houses. Feel free to Google more if you wanna spoil some parts of the show on yourself 😂
Agreed, I wish she had have married Daeron instead. He appears to be much more kind than their 2 brothers and would have treated her much better. Or marry Jacerys (Rhaenyra's son) because he did get along with her, they were even dancing together celebrating and joking with each other.
No matter if you're team green or team black, I guess we all rally together where Helaena is concerned. She's the only innocent in all of this and she deserves none of what's happening to her. 💔
Ser Laenor Velaryon died E3 Burning Mill... Mysaria and Rhaenyra are out on the castle allure discussing a price for saving the Queen's life. In the distance Seasmoke is flying around squawking, screeching and performing arial acrobatics.... M: Are they always like this? R: Seasmoke my late lord husband's dragon... he has grown restless of late.. we cannot know why. M: Maybe he's lonely? Not just lonely per se, but expressing anguish in knowing his rider was killed/dead. (Ser Laenor Velaryon was robbed for his money and killed in the process, across the Narrow Sea somewhere in Essos.) Seasmoke sensed his death and went on to choose another rider, Addam Hull.
@@darj617 That's how he got out of his marriage to Rhaenyra, by faking his death. He was subsequently killed in Essos, across the Narrow Sea, while being robbed.
Its a massive shame all the simple minded ooga booga’s are rating it 1/10 cause there weren’t any flashy or firey death scenes and big action set pieces. Really not appreciating the set up happening
Even though she's a Green, i feel sorry for Helaena's, as she witnessed an absolutely horrible atrocity. She's weird, but quiet, sweet, and wouldn't hurt a fly (especially as she likes bugs).
Finally read the book up till the battle of the god's eye, was surprised how different it was more than just personalities of characters. There's like almost no way the story can play the same way in the show excited and curious to see what they do here
My friends all come to me with any HOTD lore questions and I've been able to answer them all - not because I've read the books, but because I watch your videos 😂

My first assumptions were that the Shepherd may have been among the people who got their hands chopped off by Daemon's Gold Cloaks, during the first episode. The would give more than enough reason for someone to fester long lasting hatred towards the royal family. Especially the side who are associated with Daemon.

Hello Charlie... Please i have a question that's been on my head for long. Why do the dragonkeepers hold sticks when summoning a dragon? The stick can't do anything to the dragons and that's why i don't know it's use.
It's not up to the crown to purchase food for the small folk, so not having money in the treasury shouldn't be an issue as long as the blockade is removed.
