- Abbie was showing off for dad but the teacher was not impressed.
I got a chance to see what Abbie and the other students were doing with her vocational training and learned how it applied to other areas of what she's learning. The best part is that it makes an impact in her community! We hit 500k (but you knew that already).

The way Abbie looks at her teacher is sooo Precious! A true connection. Also her teacher is truly a blessing to have a daughter with special needs and works with special needs is amazing.

I love the interaction between Abbie and her teacher! Abbie did amazing with the task and I loved how her teacher followed through when she gave her instructions and how she reinforced the packaging of items with praise! ABA in a school environment ❤
I love how when abbie was getting silly the teacher is like "yeah I see you but you still got a job to do" lol the perfect amount of sterness lol

For all of my cats over the years when I catch them scratching on furniture I picked them up I take him over to the scratch post I pushed their pause on the scratch post ever so gently engaging the car and just slide their Paul up-and-down a couple times and then praise them for using that scratch post little ABA for the cat
A little praise and appreciation for Abbies school! The lady who gets her from the car and helped pack the packages is an angel and treats ab like any another teenager! This school NEEDS more appreciation!
Her teacher is amazing! She does not treat abbie as she is special needs, she held her to complete her task and remained focused. You can tell abbie appreciates her tough love.

13:05 when you spoke about employment for people on the spectrum, your words moved me! I'm on the spectrum, 24 and struggling with the thought of having to be employed. It scares the bejeesus out of me. But it never crossed my mind that I shouldn't do it if i can't cope. Society just expects me to work, so i expected myself to work. Thank you so much for a different perspective ❤️

I spoke straight from the heart ❤️I just absolutely adore this family & how transparent they are just so others can be educated on autism , I've learned so much since I started watching & I am forever grateful for them . My nephew is on the spectrum & before finding this amazing family I had such a hard time bonding with him due to not truly understanding how to interact with him etc . I'd read books galore trying to understand my little bubba but it wasn't until I started watching them that I truly was able to show my sweet boy that I understood him & that I was there for him no matter what !

When I seen the video a few days ago about the hatred comemnts, I cried with you's. And wanted to reach threw the screen to give you guys hugs. That broke my heart, You guys do amazing.
To me those kind of people are very close-minded, uneducated, immature and pathetic that nothing better to do with their lives.

This was terrific informational video, showing ab's successes in school and especially you running down how the happiness in doing whatever is so important. When my sister in law worked in what they called , at the time, a sheltered workshop, (hope they have since changed the name of that program) is opened up her universe. She found purpose, friends and happiness. Celebrate that 500k.. you serve it and beyond. Also.. I am checking out that vacuum video. Sounds awesome.
