Sorry to hear this. Actually there are only two packs in the game which guarantees a Diamond, NEW FIGHTER DIAMOND PACK & KOLLECTOR’S DIAMOND KASKET. I got so many diamonds because of the ongoing anniversary rewards as well as some previous game instability compensation. If you want to get more diamonds from regular packs, try opening packs with higher chances for diamonds. Elite packs have more chances to get more diamonds than any pack but also costs more than any pack (450 souls).
I dont know what the problem is but idont get the other dimond pack i just get one dimoned
