In the United States, osteopaths are full doctors with some extra nonsense classes. In other parts of the world many osteopaths are full on quacks with no real medical training. it varies.

So a D.O is a mix of Physio treatment and some chiropractic practice or physical therapy
you posted a month ago but they usually have to have a doctorate and take many of the same prereq. classes. Not really a shortcut.

Physical therapists don’t do manual manipulation. They do basic massage that’s all over the place.
