Sir, I think this time rate cut scenario could be a bit different. Currently all banks are facing pressure to garner deposits, FD interest rates have been increased drastically across banks. Thus banks may face difficulty lowering FD interest rates due to competitive reasons but will have to lower interest rate on assets that are linked to repo rate, ultimately putting pressure on NIM. PS : New to equity research and don't know how stocks would behave but would love to hear your view on this thought.
Sanjeev mumbai, hi sir congrats again for 10k😊, pl ans my question, in fy 24 idfc first bank roe 10.14,road 1.10,pat 2957 and p/b1.66 but Nathan gidence2.0 by 29 ,if its become 18%,1.9,12000 respectively then what will be e.p.s growth, and in between what amt capital required to raise and if stock price follow the eps growth then what will be stock price pls explain
Based on your logic that Banks and SFB customers are more rate sensitive and NBFC customers are less sensitive, can we say that Banks tend to get more advantage of rate cuts ?
