Addressing this video following ITFT 7's release (TL;DR at the bottom but I recommend reading it all): So there are a few things in this video that are outdated now (and were wrong before this ITFT 7 released), such as: • TI-30's calculator display language, due to an official one being posted by one of the crew members recently • The contestants actually do remember the eliminated contestants (e.g Polka Dot's conversation with Wind Up Toy), although this was possibly implied with the characters thought bubbles in ITFT 4, like some of you have said in the comments Additionally, I will say now that there will not be video updates on future ITFT lore, including ITFT 7, HOWEVER, I will instead direct people to the ITFT wiki It has a Story section regarding almost everything there is to know in terms of the lore currently: Jasonville TV, Channels, Polka dot Portal, Polka Dot Void and other lore related videos that have been uploaded by derpadon etc. There is much, much more to be added later in the future, so please stay tuned for that, I will also try contributing to the lore related stuff on the wiki too, as it is much faster and more efficient for me than making a video for every episode that comes out Anyways, I hope you all understand, thank you all for watching and/or sharing your thoughts and theories! TL;DR: Some outdated stuff on this video, no more lore videos for future episodes, head to the wiki instead, tons of lore documented + yet to be added!
12:17 The episode is called "57 Tears Of The Star" because "Tears Of The Star" is a song made by casiopea, which is the exact same that plays at the end when the objects fall Plus, another thing. The eliminations seem to connect to the object clock. For example, the weather channel (TV on weather channel), popcorn trolley (object clock taking out popcorn), radio (we can hear the song that plays at the end of [0:05]), and wheel breaking into white pieces (the tv)
guys hear me out- the reason why wwft remembers everyone is because he comes from another channel. im not exactly sure why i think that but i feel like it could be right, and plus it makes sense because he was in middle school at one point and noone else ever talks about stuff like that soo yeaaahhh okay
YEAH IT IT REALLY MAKES SENSE BECAUSE SOME OLD TV SHOWS HAVE CHARACTERS THAT FOR SOME REASSONS GOT ERASED AND THE MAIN CHARACTERS DONT EVEN MENTION THEM BEING REMOVED FROM THE SHOW
Most of the eliminations seem to be caused by Object Clock, or at least what he is doing at a specific point in time. Felt Container: We see the TV Object Clock uses is currently on the weather channel. 57 Ball: Clock makes popcorn. Green: Clock listens to the music. Wheel: Clock breaks the TV.
maybe that's the reason for why clock got the time wrong in itft 6 where a rejoin was being made. there was no elimination to remember him what time is it or something like that
Hi 1:10 - I think the name of the real clock is Lucas (The one that appears after Credit Scene) 3:56 - "Confusion increases as the sky" And at ITFT 6 in the final part, the real Clock goes outside and sees the Polka Dot Portal seem in ITFT 4 So in their planet they are probably wondering where the heck that portal thing came from and why are stuff coming out of it Oh and in the television at the end of ITFT 6 says "The sky" - 3:53 At the Top of the screen, it Says "12:00" - And also WED AUG 13 becomes THU AUG 13 - And at THU, it says "incoming call" So i think ITFT ends at Episode 12 and the release date would be THU AUG 13 and the final Episode has something to do with this "incoming call" 4:19 Inverted Space? 7:23 Theres a letter after "its time for the" it seems to be an "l" but idk 8:18 "There is NO coming back" - so the eliminated contestants are ERASED from existence, meaning that they are gone FOREVER and will never come back again "Well just to philosophize between two eternities, I realize.." - the term "eternities" is probably referencing the shows "RFTK" and "ITFT" "It's just a dream" - So is the real Clock dreaming about hosting an Object Show? Probably not, Idk what this means 7:46 1 - The Polka Dot Void is where all the Channels are at (Portrayed as PORTALS) . And this Void is INSIDE a TV. 2 - The Polka Dot Void is made of Portals that represent Galaxies or Universes. 8:18 There is a Sound that plays in this scene, it's the same Sound in ITFT 5, after credits, where the Real Clock appears. 9:06 Something else is helping Clock with the competition, because the breads came from nowhere and Clock probably didn't spawn them 9:52 "I can hold everything together for only so long" So Polka Dot is the reason why everything exists in this Object World 10:00 - This "Idea Bubble" is the Polka Dot Void (where all of these people and the contestants are in) And in comics , dreams are Portrayed as "Idea Bubbles" - So maybe this is the reason why the subtitles at ITFT 4 Said "It's just a dream" 10:19 Polka Dot came out from the "Polka Dot Void" 12:26 This person might be "Jason" idk 13:34 , 13:36 the Piano and The cymbal came from CH 31, The music part where the Pi dude was 13:58 Clock is connected to the TV? 24:58 They can become older, but not change forms or become Taller. 24:19 So the world that the Real Clock lives in is ALSO a Channel? Weird because he's the One that's watching Television
To add on to this theory I don’t think someone is helping clock I think the other channels are tampering with clocks channel being swapped with things or just teleported (btw I think the debaters may or may not be from either another channel or someone that was watching tv that got sucked into it, which also could’ve happened to either polka dot no way or wheel as they are the people mostly in the lore
@kcd715 that reminds me of "Idea Bubble"... don't forget the one that appears from Polka Dot Void. Maybe his dream becomes a channel on tv yk?? (I am not a English speaker xd)
@@Viewr69Technically yes, because CH 62 is Object Clock's world, and he's watching another channel within his own, in fact, this is interesting because it's only polka dots that allow for transportation _between_ channels, but Object Clock seems to be the only one with some kind of haunted TV that allows him to _see_ a lot of other channels, which can affect his own
@@cyberz55Theory: Clock is addicted to TV, specifically reality shows, that he runs a reality show and he’s dreaming about this. He constantly turns the eliminated contestants into the last thing he does before he naps and everything happens in ITFT. He possibly has a stressful life, reasoning how he sees Lucas and turns it into JASON for JASONville.
Nobody is talking about how ITFT 1, the ending of each episode and the intro line up. At the end of every post credits scene, “it’s time for the” is cut off. In one episode, the subtitles have “it’s time for the ______” in it (5 white blocks) and the intro has wwft spell out “ITFTJ”. So, the only name in ITFT that starts with J is Jason from episode 1. So, the actual name of the show is “it’s time for the Jason”. Another detail about that one episode with the weird captions is that at the end of that scene, it shows glitchy text there, implying there’s another word. edit: k thanks for 200 likes guys, most likes i got. i didnt think my theory would be popular. 4:576:03 also AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Ooh, nice theory. Although, I think the text in the Next bumper at the end of ITFT 3 is actually numbers AND letters If you go frame by frame with the < > keys , you'll spot letters first and then after a frame says 'Z' the rest of the frames are the numbers 1-9 before it switches back to letters
This freakin show lore is just so unique and looks very complex, sometimes when I watched it I kinda thinked about some of it but damn that’s just SO MUCH MORE THAN I THINKED BEFORE!1!2 don’t know how much time it took to make this video but good job bro FR
I think the term "Confusion increases in the sky" is referencing to the Jasonville weather forecast detecting the portal in the sky, also the actual clock might be shocked because they may be watching the show along with us, and realizing that that polka dot portal is right up in the sky. And possibly many other objects wherever the actual clock is from, are confused or scared. The weather forecast at the end also shows "The sky" which could possibly show that the weather forecast is much more important than shown currently. As it may be a future bringer, or warner. Idk man I just like theorizing
8:42 nobody gonna talk about the washing machine sound and the fact that it says pause after it plays i feel like object clock paused the show for laundry
cool theory !! that might be true, object clock watching itft on his tv and pausing his tv (pausing itft clocks show) for laundry. it even shows channel 62 in object clocks world, just thought that might mean anything.
Actually, I think it might be a microwave. In the after-credits scene, the Real clock is taking popcorn out of a microwave. So, I’m very sure the beeping sounds and the pause was for the popcorn. It could just be me thinking about nonsensical stuff, but this is just my theory.
This is a stupid theory that's not related to the comment at all but I think TI-30 has something to do with clock they are both electronics they are both incredibly weird and somehow strong so I think he has something to do with clock
One really cool idea that I just thought of is the possibility of clock nit just being an alarm clock, but specifically being SOMEONE'S alarm clock. At the end of ITFT 6, when telling the viewers to vote, he started ringing. After of 6 o'clock, there's 7 o'clock. And in the morning, nost people usually get up at about 7 o'clock, either for work, or school, etc. If the clock being behind schedule theory is true, it would make sense as to why he starts ringing in ITFT 6 instead of ITFT 7. This would also imply that clock is actually doing the show on the A.M. time sequence, instead of P M. There are so many theories I could make of this show, and I'm almost positive all of them are gonna be wrong 💀
18:26 if they called that one other object by a human name "Trevor" (6:45), would Clock's name be Lucas??? (because it's in his color) it might also be why he got scared when he looked at the card in ITFT 1 (1:10) anyways ITFT lore goes crazy and i love it. it's really interesting the more you discover details about it 🤯
I never knew about itft's depth until now. Kinda sweating cuz I've noticed that the osc has been getting a "Glow up" these past years. With shows like hfjONE (2020), The Nightly Manor (2021), Love Of The S*n (2023), and It's Time For The (2023) being made. And let's not forget about whatever tf TPOT is teasing. It worries me because I'm planning on making two irregular competition object shows in the future and the fact that someone could make a series very similar to one of mine scares me. Even worse, creating those shows is basically my biggest dream in life lol. And the mere possibility of one of my shows being labeled a blatant copy messes me up real bad. So, I see you milobusterz3280. Anyways, this video blows my mind. How does one (Probably not one) fit brainrotten humour into an object show with genuine and serious lore without turning it into another hunk of writing slop?? It's incredible really! 0:32 Foreshadowing?? 1:10 Seems unlikely, if he saw and read the word "Lucas", his eyes would've moved before reacting to it. But I like what you presented honestly. 2:37 Green doesn't appear to be aware of the Viewers? 3:20 Green's limbs disappeared after he died. Probably not something significant but I thought it was worth mentioning. 3:40 In the top left corner, the box where the word "Weather" is displayed, leaves a lot of space at the bottom. It looks like something was supposed to be there. 3:58 t 4:48 Clock looks like he doesn't like being reminded of the sentence "Incoming Call" 5:25 Green remembers Felt Container. 14:13 Clock seems to only have a fear or Well in particular. 3:13 Here, he doesn't seem to care about a potential newcomer? 14:15 He's taking in Well's appearance? (Look at him eyes) 15:26 ? 17:12 Might it work like a shock collar? Maybe he was about to say something that shouldn't be said. Additionally, he says "Please help" a few seconds later. 23:27 Odd, her expression changed when she said "Fate" and it felt like she was asking a question (or questioning what she really said is or is gonna be true) rather than stating a fact. I think was supposed to say something after all of this but I'm pretty sure I was here making this comment for an actual hour an a half cuz' I swear I started writing this around 9PM, now it's literally 10:48. Life is strange.
Very nice theories and points brought up. Regarding the box with 'Weather' displayed in it, you're actually right about there being something missing there, a user in this comment section found the video that the design of the Weather forecast in the post credits scene was based on (Thanks to @zaastn.x for telling me this) Heres the link: ruclips.net/video/FeTnMMV7ZQY/видео.htmlsi=s-wd8xz_TYxV2WsB As you can see in the video, it says 'The Weather Channel' which means 'The Channel' has intentionally been removed from the Jasonville weather forecasting For the Clock being scared of Well specifically, turns out that, according to Derpadon in a qna thread, Clock is uneasy around new people, which would explain his reaction to Well, although that wouldn't explain his majestic introduction to the ITFT cast in episode 1 so take this with a grain of salt (thanks to @onexfhov for telling me this) As for Star Jar saying that Vase going to lose the challenge was 'purely fate' in a unsure tone, I'm quite confused about that too, because everything she has said throughout the show so far has been completely true, so for her to say that in a questioning tone feels contradictory But I think Star Jar knows it's fate though, because when Vase asked "But we can still CHANGE what's GOING to happen, right?", Star Jar said that wasn't how it works, which is true because that's NOT the definition of fate: Vase doesn't get to control what happens to her, but a greater force or power does. This means that there is someone, somewhere that is controlling the competition in ITFT, the same thing that caused those loaves of bread to show up in ITFT 4, possibly the same thing that caused Green to lose every challenge before he got eliminated, the same thing that's making Polka Dot the first safe in every elimination she's in (which is technically a viewer voting thing but it seems to double as a lore thing if things line up in ITFT 7) etc., we just don't exactly know who it is, it could be Object Clock, but as far as we know, he unintentionally controls how characters get eliminated
19:55 episode transitions from other channels to ch57 (i think) with fridge dj. fridge dj did get ice in their system, causing them to malfunction. the transition to the intro had a glowing red (eye?) fading to the sky in the next part, maybe referencing at that time fridge dj could see many things (how fridge dj could see where most contestants are, and kill them.)
21:18 It could also be because he's aware that if he stays there, he would freeze to craziness, just like fridge dj, since those types of machines can't resist extreme temperatures (he didn't freeze in episode 5 to 6 because he was dead due to falling)
I’m scared because what some people were guessing to be the future lore of this object show is VERY similar to the premise of my future object show, I might just cancel it if ITFT has a really similar story
My object show story was made in 2020, and it focused around old nostalgia and cartoons (which ITFT seems to center around,) and I really don’t want people to think I’m copying ITFT :(
You can change it a bit, I'm working on various object shows and I'm trying to make each one very different, one of them has changed story, cast and name various times because I wanted it to be original, and I'm not telling you to give up the story and start all over again, but you can change some important parts so it's original. Unrelated but I'm working on a minecraft object show with next to no dialogue and mainly character interaction
Don't let that stop you from creating what you like! We don't know for certain how the story will unfold, but I'd say still continue with your show, maybe you can change a few things here and there if you want to distinguish it from ITFT
I have a feeling every character is a reference to something in the lore. So far I've only made three connections: 57 Ball- obviously a refence to CH 57 Polka adot- referencing the Polka Dot portals, which not only seems to be directly inclined to her in general, but also is a way to have access to other channels, and it might have MAJOR relevance in the futures. No Way- referencing the subtitles that are mentioned in this video that were deleted. The first sentence said "There IS no coming back," so maybe there is no way out of whatever TV or cable system they're currently in. If I find out any other connections, I'll edit this comment to include them.
Idk if it is just a coincidence but, i realized that (almost) every debuter represents a type of channel Example: White berry: preschool Fridge dj: music videos Broken skateboard: documentarys/adult shows Inky: teen shows
fridge dj should be a kids channel, because the toy is for kids and that makes sense, considering they appeared out of the portal, and the polka dot void just has diffierent channels but how did they just get out of the channel? and why didnt they question why theyre here? and fridge dj used the "We have arrived!" voiceline as if they were supposed to be here
12:09 tip for this! After turning up exposure and brightness, also put brilliance and shadows to max, and contrast to -100, clock will be much more visible. Hope this helps!!!
I personally feel like in ITFT 4, Polka Dot got her memory erased in the portal, hence why she didn't know where she was. But the thing is, if she DID once knew, somebody didn't want her to, maybe Clock, or a different being that is controlling them all Also, No Way's sign loosely resembles a Y, which could add onto the Y theory with the song and the polka dot portal.
I have a small theory that the lore here might be symbolism regarding the limits placed on art by resources, time and hardware. The way the title is always cut off by the 4:3 borders in the TV indents and the show only becomes 16:9 when its ITFT and not something else (hardware limits), and how the other shows often intrude on ITFT, too (time), as well as Clock rushing to start things and doing it every 5 minures. This is kind of backed up by how Clock doesnt like to be asked questions too.
21:21 i think that clock saw TI-30 going to the hole to maybe not froze again and he got the idea to create a challenge (like on episode 4 with the loafs of bread)
I'm actually the reason Derpadon has stated Green is unlucky, before Greens elimination I asked him in the discord of why Green is always UFE, he said "Green is just unlucky"
i have a few theories: 1.) i think that green was constantly up for elimination because he seemed to be the only one to care about what happens to the eliminated contestants, and clock didnt like that 2.) i think that the contestants turn into something related to what irl clock did before they got eliminated 3.) maybe polka dot accidentally summoned those jason birthday cards because well jasonville 4.) ti-30 is the first in the intro because he wasted clock's time by appearing and wanting to join the show, and the first person in the intro is constantly tortured before the intro starts 5.) we gotta keep no way in the game cuz maybe them knowing about channel 57 can help out with the lore please save no way 6.) no way said that they know for a fact they saw a store or something in itft 4, no clue what that means 7.) HEAR ME OUT: there was a crashing sound before the loaves of bread appeared in itft 4, and then at the end of itft 4 you saw that what happened with the popcorn was YESTERDAY. in itft 5, you can see that the tv screen was broken, maybe clock went through the tv to steal the bread?? or maybe something else?? maybe this has something to do with wheel coming out of the polka dot void in that universe specifically??? idk 8.) on itft 4, ifaf (co-writer) commented "ya see, when i was younger i went outside and saw the rain, it was fascinating! the weather is windy today.." and derpadon (creator) hearted it. idk if this could mean something also do you think that maybe those other videos released on derpadon's channel between the actual episodes have something to do with the lore? cuz the descriptions say stuff like 5:30 you get what i mean maybe its what they did before the episodes started yknow what i mean
Yeah, I think the short videos between the actual episodes contribute to the lore in some capacity. So first, we have "If Time Could Dance", which is technically not a half past (like Bust a move clock is 5:30 for example), but at the end of the video, the music and the screen changes abruptly. If you take a photo of the dark screen, turn up the brightness and decerase highlights and shadows to -100, you can see a few rectangles in varied sizes layed out, I don't know what this means at the moment Next we have "What Is the Time??" which is 4:30. At the end of the video, you can hear some music, which is actually the music that plays when 57 Ball and Wheel have a staring contest. And finally, in "Bust a Move Clock!", 5:30, Fridge DJ can be heard at the end. All of these are pretty much foreshadowing, except for "What Is the Time??", because the end of the video is referencing an episode that just happened 2 episodes ago. If we assume that what happens in these inbetween episodes are canon, then technically, "What Is The Time??" should be 1:30, because Felt Container appears in it and then the music at the end would foreshadow the staring contest in episode 2. I'm not sure if this means something though...
@@beautifly795 i know ifaf is derpadons brother and thats why i added that part to my comment because i suspect he knows whats going on and that its a hint for something
fun fact i theorized itft was connected to rftk since episode 1, when green fell into one of polka dot's portals getting to space. the space asset shown when green died is the exact same as the rftk space asset after pencil bin gets eliminated in RFTK 7 (timestamp 22:08) also the channel for rftk also holds team c 4:07 that means nothing because the original song used for this entire outro continues with the same audio you can hear in the third ep with the cookies.
wait a dang minute… you might be right but this could be a coincidence, but it’s a very good point! I actually haven’t seen RFTK so i wouldn’t really know but it’s such a tiny detail you’d think nobody would notice!
At 24:21, "the sky" text looks very similar to the text at itft 2's post credits scene where the music, time, and background randomly get interrupted by a blank blue screen with a single t at the bottom left, Also, object clock during itft 5 was watching itft 1, meanwhile he was watching itft 2 at 6. maybe some part of itft 3 will show up in the tv next episode on itft 7
Idk if anybody else noticed this, but in ITFT 3, 0:15, the square guy says “keep your feet on the ground, and keep reaching for the” and then it cuts off, kinda like how It’s Time For The is cut off, idk tho I’m probably crazy
@@Speedofi idk its prolly something derpadon sampled from elsewhere and im overreacting, or maybe its a clue, maybe the contestants should reach for the
Nice attention to detail! That also brings up the question: Why have polka-dot related things started to enter Channel 62? (channel 62 is the object clocks world, as it shows channel 62 at the end of ITFT 6.
Is nobody gonna point out how the outros where it has the ‘its time for the’ cut off, are getting progressively more eerie? It went from clock chilling in the landscape with calm music, to verbal static with no other audio.
Some things I noticed In the fourth episode, Green and Felt Container appear in Wheel's idea and in Refil Station's idea 57 Ball (with limbs), Green and Felt Container appear, something strange since they no longer seem to remember them an hour later It's time for the appears referenced on other channels, such as at the end of the sixth episode on channel 29 and I think also in episode three when it appears in a commercial on what I believe is channel 56
also another small detail but at the start of itft 3:00, that was when the channel 57 thing started appearing but it was also the episode when 57ball was eliminated. I dont think this is important but i wanted to point it out
I think I know what they are saying in the ITFT 4 outro… Polka Dot: Is Clock going to be ok? WWFT: I don’t know bruh (clock comes back) Oh… It’s based on the lip syncing and wwft’s letters, but I think it might be accurate!
One thing I would like to point out is how when clock made card copies and vase looks in the card it says Jason as the name. I think it has connection to the jasonville tv seen often.
If you’re wondering, the song CH 62 uses is called “Some Pets/Pedigree.” It isn’t listed in the ITFT 6:00 music for some reason. (Btw CH 62 is the scene where clock looks outside and sees the Polka dot portal shooting wheel[?] out of it.) Hope this helps! Edit: oh my god. I am an absolute idiot. It IS in the music. I just looked over it oh my god I’m so sorry.
For those who don't know, at minute 16:13 they show some characters talking to each other They are from another object show by derpadon I don't remember the name rn...
As of lyrics at 8:19: I listened to "Life is flashing before your eyes", and the thing is, that there weren't this lyrics:"There IS no coming back", probably meaning that it's the next thing green was about to say Also the capital "IS" is kinda freakin me out, i hope all of the itft contestants will be okay after all
i wondered what the connected between wheels elimination and the post credits scene was until i realized that the tv started to crack into pieces like wheel did
I want to point out something about fridge DJ, while he could’ve malfunctioned, freezing temperatures usually make electronics just completely fail, but fridge DJ not only went on a rampage, but also became some spider thing straight out of “the thing”. Fridge DJ also turned into that when all his hardware had fallen out, which would mean he was pretty much dead by then Plus the groaning and all made it feel like a zombie type thing
This is just a theory (a game theory) but I think the reason green was ufe EVERY SINGLE time is because he’s the only one who really reacted to the eliminations, so clock is trying to get rid of him And I doubt that he was unlucky 2. I think clocks “nap” was a power charge to be full battery since he was green, maybe his naps are just really dark life thoughts 3. In “bust a move clock” at the end you can hear a segment of a glitched sound of fridge di, which is foreshadowing him being corrupted in ITFT 6 4. When Felt Container gets eliminated in ITFT 2, he becomes some sort of news flash thingy, then he just becomes static for a millisecond and disappears, then at the end of the episode, there is a news segment, then suddenly it glitches and it says “t” on the screen, I think the reason it does that it because the broadcast goes to Felt Container, then the News broadcast ends it because they get confused and just decide to end it to hide evidence
In ITFT [6:00] at the end when object clock appears screen uptades from "t" to "the sky", when clock see wheel(probably) flying from polka dot dimension
18:00 the music was in reverse maybe he got close to the source of the disappearence of the eliminated contestans or the power that clock maybe has? And theres a possibility that he is in his house and when he goes to channel 57 he gets teleported?
“Do not press the popcorn button” might be refering to how most microwave popcorn doesnt want you to use the popcorn button as popcorn brands cant guarantee if the popcorn button function actually functions like they expect it to or not
Oh my, that's a very good theory. This could support why 57 Ball disappeared and was replaced with a popcorn trolley, because the popcorn button didn't function as expected
I thought it was a reference to Clock in the post credits scene where he is shown making popcorn in the microwave, falling asleep, and waking up and seeing Polka-Dot’s thing in the sky at the end of ITFT 6
I will never see Itft the same again… also that picture for the end of itft 4 (I think) scared me lol EDIT: idk why but lore gives me the chills, and scares me… Again: Not me at the end thinking I’d be jumpscared
I think in the eliminations, the last thing they see of the contestant is the channel they're sent to, besides Wheel who is probably the thing falling of the Polka Dot Portal in ITFT 6:00
Interesting theory, I can see that being the case for Green and 57 Ball, but I'm not sure about Felt Container though, we saw what the Weather channel looked like in its current state in ITFT 6 post credits scene but Felt Container was nowhere to be seen
I found a song with the same title as ITFT 6:00. It's called "Will you ever know(for Joniece)" which the start sounds very similar when Clock make it's majestic entrance in ITFT 1:00.Idk if there's anothwr song of whatsoever.
The part at the end of ITFT 2:00 where it says “Confusion increases as the sky” and the text saying “the sky” at the bottom left corner of the TV of the end of ITFT 6:00 is probably talking about Wheel flying out of the Polka-Dot Void at the end of ITFT 6:00
Okay so take this with a grain of salt because i’m tired as HELL right now but i got a couple of theories so far Clock may’ve had a freakout about being off schedule because terrible things may happen (this probably being proven by the fact that at the voting screen at itft 6:00 clock gets decimated and they were apparently off timing) This may been the calm before the storm so far because the last 2 or 3 episodes LOT’S of things have been happening so far (the polka dot portal introduction, alongside the new contestants appearing, “full charged” clock and channel 57, plus the introduction of clock lucas) or now thinking about it this is probably the BEGINNING of the storm with the past episodes just being the calm The polka void may be a inter dimensional area where all the channels reside And uh thats all i got so far (once again take this with a grain of salt because i’m sleepy as hell rn)
Okay wait so another user said (i forgot who so if you were the person who said this lemme know!!) that clock lucas may be hosting this show as like a dream between there naps SO MAYBE clock freaks out about being off schedule because they know that they gotta finish the episode BEFORE clock lucas wakes up because theres def a connection between “lucas” and clock But thats just a theory, A IT’S TIME FOR THE THEORY!!!!! (Will probably add more to this n’ stuff)
I'm new to the whole object show thing but the “Will you ever know” 24:34 is from the song you don’t know my name by Alicia Keys a majority of the song is also sampled for the intro of the show! I’m not sure if anyone knew this at all
4:38 honestly if you think about it, it actually says august 13. NOT 2013.This specific weather forecast design of The Weather Channel in the 80s (or the 90s, cmiiw) was actually used in real life. In ITFT it just says Weather, erasing the words 'The' and 'Channel' from what i observed in the derpadon discord server, people seem to think that the competition is taking place around 1980-1990. most ppl said it's in the 80s i think idk
Ah, this makes a lot more sense, thank you! Also the end credits in ITFT 5 being very similar to the end credits of Garfield and Friends (which came out in 1988) could also support this. Although, there was the Cartoon Network Closing logo reference at the end of ITFT 6, which started being used in the early 2000s, but maybe that counts too since it was close to the 90s
@@gameeymen6399 my best guess that itft might take place in 1997. in 1986, The Weather Channel didn't use graphical forecast yet. They still use text only to describe the forecast and this exact design is used in 1997: ruclips.net/video/FeTnMMV7ZQY/видео.htmlsi=j4NuOaS2HbcHPRfG
My guess is that it takes place in 2008, because August 13th falls on Wednesday in that year, and one of the ITFT bumpers references the mid-2000s disney channel bumper
4:38 I'm not usually that one annoying person that corrects people, but this situation needs it. It's not 2013, its the 13th of August. Also, at 7:38 the title is actually teaching you something, which is, if you use the popcorn button on your microwave, there is a chance that it wont cook it right, for instance: It could under-cook the popcorn so that its too cold, or it could burn the popcorn to the point where the popcorn is as black as charcoal.
In "ITFT 5 MUSIC" playlist (ruclips.net/p/PL7sHM4peGc9jd0ktuOmAfDoXzsZ833d_A ) the name of the first song is "Tears Of The Star". I think that's why ITFT 5's title is "Fifty-Seven Tears Of The Star"
"You see, clock didnt just make the show, he made.. you." EDIT : HOLY MOLY GUACAMOLI CANOLI 26 LIKES ALREADY?! THANK YALL SM THIS IS THE MOST AMOUNT OF LIKES IVE EVER GOTTEN
in the 6:31 (newest video from derpadon) if you turn up your brightness when the screen goes black, you can see "CH 547" at the top right of the screen
I have a theory of why wheel gets elinated differently Clockchas saw he first, that means whoever clock saw the first person gets elimated like that way (btw that scene traumatized me)
Theory: All of the places where Polka Dot's portals lead to are other Shows in the channel. The white thing in ITFT 5 that kept sending the debuters are actual people from the real world. Explaining the Wheel theory where Wheel was getting sent into the real world. Also keep note Polka Dot portals- Other TV shows White thing in ITFT 5- Real world
According to the wiki, Star Jar and Shrimpy are both from Channel 3, and Snapped Skateboard from Channel 64, idk where they got the info though, and Xiru's recommender states that they're from Channel 26, however that claim is less likely to be canon in the show, so I guess the theory is debunked.
If ya’ll think about it: Derpadon comfirmed there to be 12 episodes and the first episode takes place at 1pm.. DOES THAT MEAN THE ENTIRETY OF ITFT STARTS AND ENDS IN THE SAME DAY LOLOLOLOL
@@PDAlacking4 answering “there’s only 10 contestants” on ITFT 5 no one was up for elimination so no one got eliminated but the cast altered a bit so there could be time for 12 episodes
something i noticed is that post credits itft6 is that its playing itft1 on the screen but still has the clock indent which i think is implying that when WE are watching itft we are just watching the production and also this is a tv show so even tho irl the votes matter it is a tv show and it might be fake votes in lore and pokla dot being first in votes could imply thatt they are jasons favorate charater (jason -> object clock) and can also be why hes confused by the clock indent
I dont know if anyone noticed this, but at 4:54 of ITF4:00(8:43 in this video) you can hear a little song, which i reconized it to being the washing machine song when the cycle is over, im gonna guess that was the reason behind the pause.
Oh wow, I didn't know that, good job Object Clock must've gone to remove the clothes from the washing machine and sort them out But if that's the case, then maybe that means the ITFT competition is still going in real time, which means Object Clock is actually behind by probably a whole episode after he's done with sorting the clothes
I just realized the piano that got thrown out of the portal or whatever- was teh same one in the ad,so I think that’s prob a way to break the 4th wall, quite literally and physically
I think the finishing sentence of “It’s time for the” is “it’s time for the incoming call” which it’s to bring all the object’s together in some odd way idk how or why but I just got a gut feeling
I have a theory that 57 has something to do with the lore because after he got eliminated everything started falling apart along with the others forgetting who he is. And Tile is onto something when he said something is wrong and that 57 ball isn't that forgettable, maybe that's why clock sent Tile flying who knows where.
More lore: Around 12 minutes into ITFT 7, you can hear the same music at the end of ITFT 6 (Where the creator of this video talks about the "Exploding Wheel). I think, that with the scene being in the Polka Dot Void, could be another different channel. The music could also be the theme song of Jasonville TV, and Jasonville could be another place in the Polka Dot Void, like the place the challenges mainly take place in.
Also another theory could be that any eliminated character gets sent to one of the channels, for example felt container probably got turnt into one of the forecasts, 57 ball got turned into the popcorn the other clock had in ch 62, green became the key lime pie, and wheel became the comet that was flying in ITFT 6. But I don’t think clock knows that yet. And maybe, Polka Dot is faking this whole act of not knowing? If she didn’t know, then the void probably wouldn’t have existed (or even have said anything.) And maybe in ITFT finds out what the CH 57 is? I also found out that the ITFT 6 ending is related to You don’t even know my name by Alica Keys. The song is somewhat altered and is related to the original intro. Also in ITFT 1 or 3, one of the comments said imcoming call with a different font, and clock looked worried? Maybe he does know about the channels but he isn’t the one to send the eliminated contestants there, as in the ending you can see the void or portal throwing wheels cracked body into the sky.
At [2:00], the weather channel says that an incoming call is happening at Thursday, August 14. I think ITFT is happening on August 13. This is because the weather channel said the time was currently [2:57], August 13. [2:57] is 20 minutes after the elimination, confirmed when Felt Container asked Clock what the time was and he said ot was [2:37]. Since the weather channel scene was shown after the episode, at [2:57], it would make sense. Plus, in [6:00], Wheel said that Clock leaves for around 5 minutes and comes back. So if he left after the challenge at [2:57], he would come back at around [3:02]. If ITFT really is happening on August 13, then it is very probable to only have 11 or 12 episodes, likely 11. This is because there are so far 11 contestants in total. 1 of theme gets eliminated every hour. The call happens at 12AM. Currently, the latest episode is 6PM and there are 6 contestants left. That's 6 hours from the call. Assuming no other people join, the winner will emerge at 11PM. Also, the weather channel's time cout from [2:57] to [7:34], so maybe something happens midway through [7:00].
Good observation, and yeah, Clock is definitely doing the competition in terms of Jasonville's timezone btw, I think you meant to say the incoming call will happen on "Thursday, August 14" Also remember that Clock does the elimination every o'clock, so if the challenge started at [2:37], and ended at [2:57], and if we take into account what Wheel said in episode 5, he actually left at [2:55] and came back around [3:00] This pattern continues up until ITFT 5, where he starts to be behind schedule due to the unexpected newcomers, so he sent The Sun hurtling through the ground at [6:05], ends up leaving at [6:20] and comes back at [6:25] when he should've left at [5:55] and returned at [6:00] (Note Forky telling Clock that it was [6:25] in the elimination and Flossy saying in ITFT 6: "Precisely 20 minutes ago, you snapped and sent the Sun hurtling through the ground.") This also could explain why he start ringing uncontrollably in the ITFT 6 voting screen, because it was probably [7:00] already, if this is the case, then Clock is currently 5 minutes behind schedule and can probably have things back on track in ITFT 7
23:47 For an addition to the update with ITFT 7, No way is the only one that remembers Fridge DJ's killing spree. Shrimpy and Whiteberry just have fun with Fridge DJ and either they're ignoring the fact that he's a murderer or they completely forgot. Fridge DJ knows he went on a killing spree because he keeps tempting No Way. Something else to add when you said "The behavior of electronic characters can change under contact with water." Is true, but there is still a mystery on how Fridge DJ knows what he did, even after he was recovered with the water damage gone. (Ties back to how I said he was taunting No way) If this is lore significant it would be important to note, maybe it is maybe it isnt.
12:17 The tears part is a reference to the song that plays when no way falls and see's CH57 the song is called Tears of the star and it's by CASIOPEA the song is a banger
11:45 i have a theory on what they are saying based on wwft's letter thing polka dot: is clock okay? wwft: uhhh i dont know bruh *clock comes back wwft: oh
i have a theory that most things that happen to clock are actually out of his control and he isnt as powerful as you might think at first, making the elimination side effects actually not his fault, since many times there are things he doesnt understand, or stuff he could just use his so called god powers to figure out, yet he cannot evade the problems, such as not being able to bring polkadot back, and in episode 7, he wouldve looked in the present with his powers before acting like he didnt know there was nothing, yet he is surprised and annoyed that there is nothing in it, something he should know, all of this would make me believe that there is some sort of higher being in control of using powers to make random things happen around clock, mostly things that would help clock, however sometimes random things are kept hidden to make him continue just being an unaware creature not even knowing what happens around him, generally keeping him acting innocent and happy constantly.
another thing to not is the amount of times the number 57 is mentioned obviously 57 ball but here are some other examples CH 57 57 tears of the star is the title for ep 5 12:01 microwave timer is at 7:57 yeah thats all i could find
I wonder who Lucas or Jason could be... especially Jason, whose name appears in pretty much every episode. But, we learn that people across the TV Polkadot universe can have actual names... since Clock freaked out at the name Lucas, could the object Clock's name be Lucas? Or Jason? This gets crazy @stanley279 mentions that WWFT spells out ITFTJ in one episode, and in that same episode, the post-credits scene has the subtitles "It's Time For The ■■■■■", and in that same scene we see that there should definitely be something after "It's Time For The", probably Jason. We can't know for sure what Clock's real name is, but it's probably not Jason.
Addressing this video following ITFT 7's release (TL;DR at the bottom but I recommend reading it all):
So there are a few things in this video that are outdated now (and were wrong before this ITFT 7 released), such as:
• TI-30's calculator display language, due to an official one being posted by one of the crew members recently
• The contestants actually do remember the eliminated contestants (e.g Polka Dot's conversation with Wind Up Toy), although this was possibly implied with the characters thought bubbles in ITFT 4, like some of you have said in the comments
Additionally, I will say now that there will not be video updates on future ITFT lore, including ITFT 7, HOWEVER, I will instead direct people to the ITFT wiki
It has a Story section regarding almost everything there is to know in terms of the lore currently: Jasonville TV, Channels, Polka dot Portal, Polka Dot Void and other lore related videos that have been uploaded by derpadon etc.
There is much, much more to be added later in the future, so please stay tuned for that, I will also try contributing to the lore related stuff on the wiki too, as it is much faster and more efficient for me than making a video for every episode that comes out
Anyways, I hope you all understand, thank you all for watching and/or sharing your thoughts and theories!
TL;DR: Some outdated stuff on this video, no more lore videos for future episodes, head to the wiki instead, tons of lore documented + yet to be added!
Fun fact: there’s gonna be only 12 episodes of itft!
@@Sofiethesoftypossibly so but also not guaranteed, because there’s always AM and PM so it could go into the PM / AM

I love how no way throughout the series goes from cheery and joke like to like worn out and fearful
12:17 The episode is called "57 Tears Of The Star" because "Tears Of The Star" is a song made by casiopea, which is the exact same that plays at the end when the objects fall
Plus, another thing. The eliminations seem to connect to the object clock. For example, the weather channel (TV on weather channel), popcorn trolley (object clock taking out popcorn), radio (we can hear the song that plays at the end of [0:05]), and wheel breaking into white pieces (the tv)
Ohh, I noticed the Tears of the Star too but I didn't find where it plays in the episode. Nice job!
the "57" part is obviously 57 ball
@@DuhSurtSitADull

guys hear me out-
the reason why wwft remembers everyone is because he comes from another channel. im not exactly sure why i think that but i feel like it could be right, and plus it makes sense because he was in middle school at one point and noone else ever talks about stuff like that soo yeaaahhh okay
I actually really like that theory

YEAH IT IT REALLY MAKES SENSE BECAUSE SOME OLD TV SHOWS HAVE CHARACTERS THAT FOR SOME REASSONS GOT ERASED AND THE MAIN CHARACTERS DONT EVEN MENTION THEM BEING REMOVED FROM THE SHOW
7:26 this part gives me chills for some reason…
Lol hi nalid
@@jellocubetheepictuberhi lol
Most of the eliminations seem to be caused by Object Clock, or at least what he is doing at a specific point in time.
Felt Container: We see the TV Object Clock uses is currently on the weather channel.
57 Ball: Clock makes popcorn.
Green: Clock listens to the music.
Wheel: Clock breaks the TV.
Wow
Actually, that makes a lot of sense. Good job at spotting that.
that makes sense tho
However Wheel Seems to be coming from the Polka Dot Portal In ITFT 6 However and thats what i find weird
maybe that's the reason for why clock got the time wrong in itft 6 where a rejoin was being made. there was no elimination to remember him what time is it or something like that
Hi
1:10 - I think the name of the real clock is Lucas (The one that appears after Credit Scene)
3:56 - "Confusion increases as the sky"
And at ITFT 6 in the final part, the real Clock goes outside and sees the Polka Dot Portal seem in ITFT 4
So in their planet they are probably wondering where the heck that portal thing came from and why are stuff coming out of it
Oh and in the television at the end of ITFT 6 says "The sky"
- 3:53 At the Top of the screen, it Says "12:00"
- And also WED AUG 13 becomes THU AUG 13
- And at THU, it says "incoming call"
So i think ITFT ends at Episode 12 and the release date would be THU AUG 13 and the final Episode has something to do with this "incoming call"
4:19 Inverted Space?
7:23 Theres a letter after "its time for the" it seems to be an "l" but idk
8:18
"There is NO coming back"
- so the eliminated contestants are ERASED from existence, meaning that they are gone FOREVER and will never come back again
"Well just to philosophize between two eternities,
I realize.."
- the term "eternities" is probably referencing the shows "RFTK" and "ITFT"
"It's just a dream"
- So is the real Clock dreaming about hosting an Object Show? Probably not, Idk what this means
7:46
1 - The Polka Dot Void is where all the Channels are at (Portrayed as PORTALS) . And this Void is INSIDE a TV.
2 - The Polka Dot Void is made of Portals that represent Galaxies or Universes.
8:18 There is a Sound that plays in this scene, it's the same Sound in ITFT 5, after credits, where the Real Clock appears.
9:06 Something else is helping Clock with the competition, because the breads came from nowhere and Clock probably didn't spawn them
9:52 "I can hold everything together for only so long"
So Polka Dot is the reason why everything exists in this Object World
10:00
- This "Idea Bubble" is the Polka Dot Void (where all of these people and the contestants are in) And in comics , dreams are Portrayed as "Idea Bubbles"
- So maybe this is the reason why the subtitles at ITFT 4 Said "It's just a dream"
10:19 Polka Dot came out from the "Polka Dot Void"
12:26 This person might be "Jason" idk
13:34 , 13:36 the Piano and The cymbal came from CH 31, The music part where the Pi dude was
13:58 Clock is connected to the TV?
24:58 They can become older, but not change forms or become Taller.
24:19 So the world that the Real Clock lives in is ALSO a Channel? Weird because he's the One that's watching Television
i mostly think clock is hosting a show inside his dream because it shows him mostly taking a nap and then next episode comes. maybe..
*THU AUG 14
and I think breads came from Polka Dot Void
the fact they get deleted from existence is insane
The polka dot void is probably just the channel selection menu
bros onto something
So there are channels inside channels?
24:20 24:22
CH 18 CH 62
@@cyberz55 can we connect the dots from this lore and itft 7
4:57 6:03 also AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Ooh, nice theory. Although, I think the text in the Next bumper at the end of ITFT 3 is actually numbers AND letters
If you go frame by frame with the < > keys , you'll spot letters first and then after a frame says 'Z' the rest of the frames are the numbers 1-9 before it switches back to letters
This lines up with in the next bumper the pronunciation of the is "dhuh" which you only use when the next word starts with a consonant
It doesn't seem like a J, more like a slightly bent T.
Actually, the J could stand for Jasonville, the television program they’re in.
@@JackLanternXlet bro cook🔥🔥🔥
24:09 it is probably 7:00 by now. That’s why clock is uncontrollably ringing.

This video took about 3 or 4 days, I was working on it nonstop too lol
@@cyberz55 dang this is really a big motivation
I think the term "Confusion increases in the sky" is referencing to the Jasonville weather forecast detecting the portal in the sky, also the actual clock might be shocked because they may be watching the show along with us, and realizing that that polka dot portal is right up in the sky. And possibly many other objects wherever the actual clock is from, are confused or scared. The weather forecast at the end also shows "The sky" which could possibly show that the weather forecast is much more important than shown currently. As it may be a future bringer, or warner.
Idk man I just like theorizing
I think its foreshadowing for the sun dissapearing to the other side of the planet
This is a stupid theory that's not related to the comment at all but I think TI-30 has something to do with clock they are both electronics they are both incredibly weird and somehow strong so I think he has something to do with clock
it sounds like the samsung washing machine song
@@kolpkii yup!! it said that in the comment
19:00 The song is called You Don't Know My Name by Alicia Keys, the show intro is the instrumental of the song
18:26 if they called that one other object by a human name "Trevor" (6:45), would Clock's name be Lucas??? (because it's in his color)
it might also be why he got scared when he looked at the card in ITFT 1 (1:10)
anyways ITFT lore goes crazy and i love it. it's really interesting the more you discover details about it 🤯
if this was true it would probably make sense that Jason is that pi guy from episode 5 and the logo for jasonville tv in episode 5 also resembles him.
object clocks name is clokey or smth so makes sense he doesn't know abt before he became the host
3:58 t
4:48 Clock looks like he doesn't like being reminded of the sentence "Incoming Call"
5:25 Green remembers Felt Container.
14:13 Clock seems to only have a fear or Well in particular. 3:13 Here, he doesn't seem to care about a potential newcomer?
14:15 He's taking in Well's appearance? (Look at him eyes)
15:26 ?
17:12 Might it work like a shock collar? Maybe he was about to say something that shouldn't be said. Additionally, he says "Please help" a few seconds later.
23:27 Odd, her expression changed when she said "Fate" and it felt like she was asking a question (or questioning what she really said is or is gonna be true) rather than stating a fact.
I think was supposed to say something after all of this but I'm pretty sure I was here making this comment for an actual hour an a half cuz' I swear I started writing this around 9PM, now it's literally 10:48. Life is strange.
I hope you get better soon, and I can't wait to see what you have to say :]
Very nice theories and points brought up.
Regarding the box with 'Weather' displayed in it, you're actually right about there being something missing there, a user in this comment section found the video that the design of the Weather forecast in the post credits scene was based on
(Thanks to @zaastn.x for telling me this)
Heres the link: ruclips.net/video/FeTnMMV7ZQY/видео.htmlsi=s-wd8xz_TYxV2WsB
As you can see in the video, it says 'The Weather Channel' which means 'The Channel' has intentionally been removed from the Jasonville weather forecasting
For the Clock being scared of Well specifically, turns out that, according to Derpadon in a qna thread, Clock is uneasy around new people, which would explain his reaction to Well, although that wouldn't explain his majestic introduction to the ITFT cast in episode 1 so take this with a grain of salt (thanks to @onexfhov for telling me this)
As for Star Jar saying that Vase going to lose the challenge was 'purely fate' in a unsure tone, I'm quite confused about that too, because everything she has said throughout the show so far has been completely true, so for her to say that in a questioning tone feels contradictory
But I think Star Jar knows it's fate though, because when Vase asked "But we can still CHANGE what's GOING to happen, right?", Star Jar said that wasn't how it works, which is true because that's NOT the definition of fate: Vase doesn't get to control what happens to her, but a greater force or power does.
19:55 episode transitions from other channels to ch57 (i think) with fridge dj. fridge dj did get ice in their system, causing them to malfunction. the transition to the intro had a glowing red (eye?) fading to the sky in the next part, maybe referencing at that time fridge dj could see many things (how fridge dj could see where most contestants are, and kill them.)
the thing about the space in the weather logo is because its literally just the logo of 'the weather channel' but without 'the' or 'channel'
Hey, don't worry about anyone "beating you" to any of your ideas, it's not a race, it's about staying true to yourself and being creative
21:18 It could also be because he's aware that if he stays there, he would freeze to craziness, just like fridge dj, since those types of machines can't resist extreme temperatures (he didn't freeze in episode 5 to 6 because he was dead due to falling)
It was mostly because Fridge DJ was made silicon
The piano at 13:34 comes from 12:32 which confirms that the polka dot portals are a way to travel through channels.
I’m scared because what some people were guessing to be the future lore of this object show is VERY similar to the premise of my future object show, I might just cancel it if ITFT has a really similar story
My object show story was made in 2020, and it focused around old nostalgia and cartoons (which ITFT seems to center around,) and I really don’t want people to think I’m copying ITFT :(
Hi milobusterz, im purpleg!
You can change it a bit, I'm working on various object shows and I'm trying to make each one very different, one of them has changed story, cast and name various times because I wanted it to be original, and I'm not telling you to give up the story and start all over again, but you can change some important parts so it's original.

57 Ball- obviously a refence to CH 57
Polka adot- referencing the Polka Dot portals, which not only seems to be directly inclined to her in general, but also is a way to have access to other channels, and it might have MAJOR relevance in the futures.
No Way- referencing the subtitles that are mentioned in this video that were deleted. The first sentence said "There IS no coming back," so maybe there is no way out of whatever TV or cable system they're currently in.
If I find out any other connections, I'll edit this comment to include them.
Reminder
Idk if it is just a coincidence but, i realized that (almost) every debuter represents a type of channel
Example:
White berry: preschool
Fridge dj: music videos
Broken skateboard: documentarys/adult shows
Inky: teen shows
epic
fridge dj should be a kids channel, because the toy is for kids
and that makes sense, considering they appeared out of the portal, and the polka dot void just has diffierent channels but how did they just get out of the channel? and why didnt they question why theyre here? and fridge dj used the "We have arrived!" voiceline as if they were supposed to be here

I personally feel like in ITFT 4, Polka Dot got her memory erased in the portal, hence why she didn't know where she was. But the thing is, if she DID once knew, somebody didn't want her to, maybe Clock, or a different being that is controlling them all
Also, No Way's sign loosely resembles a Y, which could add onto the Y theory with the song and the polka dot portal.
I agree with that. TI-30 must have been glitched too, just like Fridge DJ
But how does he knows that it's a challenge afterwards

I'm actually the reason Derpadon has stated Green is unlucky, before Greens elimination I asked him in the discord of why Green is always UFE, he said "Green is just unlucky"
wwow
"Its all merely FAT(TIME FOR THE)
i have a few theories:
1.) i think that green was constantly up for elimination because he seemed to be the only one to care about what happens to the eliminated contestants, and clock didnt like that
2.) i think that the contestants turn into something related to what irl clock did before they got eliminated
3.) maybe polka dot accidentally summoned those jason birthday cards because well jasonville
4.) ti-30 is the first in the intro because he wasted clock's time by appearing and wanting to join the show, and the first person in the intro is constantly tortured before the intro starts
5.) we gotta keep no way in the game cuz maybe them knowing about channel 57 can help out with the lore please save no way
6.) no way said that they know for a fact they saw a store or something in itft 4, no clue what that means
7.) HEAR ME OUT: there was a crashing sound before the loaves of bread appeared in itft 4, and then at the end of itft 4 you saw that what happened with the popcorn was YESTERDAY. in itft 5, you can see that the tv screen was broken, maybe clock went through the tv to steal the bread?? or maybe something else?? maybe this has something to do with wheel coming out of the polka dot void in that universe specifically??? idk
8.) on itft 4, ifaf (co-writer) commented "ya see, when i was younger i went outside and saw the rain, it was fascinating! the weather is windy today.." and derpadon (creator) hearted it. idk if this could mean something
also do you think that maybe those other videos released on derpadon's channel between the actual episodes have something to do with the lore? cuz the descriptions say stuff like 5:30 you get what i mean maybe its what they did before the episodes started yknow what i mean
Yeah, I think the short videos between the actual episodes contribute to the lore in some capacity.
So first, we have "If Time Could Dance", which is technically not a half past (like Bust a move clock is 5:30 for example), but at the end of the video, the music and the screen changes abruptly. If you take a photo of the dark screen, turn up the brightness and decerase highlights and shadows to -100, you can see a few rectangles in varied sizes layed out, I don't know what this means at the moment
Next we have "What Is the Time??" which is 4:30.

Thank you for this lol, I need to compile a lot of lore related stuff for the wiki
This is just a theory (a game theory) but I think the reason green was ufe EVERY SINGLE time is because he’s the only one who really reacted to the eliminations, so clock is trying to get rid of him
And I doubt that he was unlucky
2. I think clocks “nap” was a power charge to be full battery since he was green, maybe his naps are just really dark life thoughts
3. In “bust a move clock” at the end you can hear a segment of a glitched sound of fridge di, which is foreshadowing him being corrupted in ITFT 6
4. When Felt Container gets eliminated in ITFT 2, he becomes some sort of news flash thingy, then he just becomes static for a millisecond and disappears, then at the end of the episode, there is a news segment, then suddenly it glitches and it says “t” on the screen, I think the reason it does that it because the broadcast goes to Felt Container, then the News broadcast ends it because they get confused and just decide to end it to hide evidence
no derpadon confirmed green was unlucky on their discord

“Do not press the popcorn button” might be refering to how most microwave popcorn doesnt want you to use the popcorn button as popcorn brands cant guarantee if the popcorn button function actually functions like they expect it to or not
Oh my, that's a very good theory. This could support why 57 Ball disappeared and was replaced with a popcorn trolley, because the popcorn button didn't function as expected

Okay so take this with a grain of salt because i’m tired as HELL right now but i got a couple of theories so far
Clock may’ve had a freakout about being off schedule because terrible things may happen (this probably being proven by the fact that at the voting screen at itft 6:00 clock gets decimated and they were apparently off timing)
This may been the calm before the storm so far because the last 2 or 3 episodes LOT’S of things have been happening so far (the polka dot portal introduction, alongside the new contestants appearing, “full charged” clock and channel 57, plus the introduction of clock lucas) or now thinking about it this is probably the BEGINNING of the storm with the past episodes just being the calm
The polka void may be a inter dimensional area where all the channels reside
And uh thats all i got so far (once again take this with a grain of salt because i’m sleepy as hell rn)
Okay wait so another user said (i forgot who so if you were the person who said this lemme know!!) that clock lucas may be hosting this show as like a dream between there naps SO MAYBE clock freaks out about being off schedule because they know that they gotta finish the episode BEFORE clock lucas wakes up because theres def a connection between “lucas” and clock

4:38 honestly if you think about it, it actually says august 13. NOT 2013.This specific weather forecast design of The Weather Channel in the 80s (or the 90s, cmiiw) was actually used in real life. In ITFT it just says Weather, erasing the words 'The' and 'Channel'
from what i observed in the derpadon discord server, people seem to think that the competition is taking place around 1980-1990. most ppl said it's in the 80s i think idk
August 13 falls on Wednesday in 1986,1997,2003 etc.
@@gameeymen6399 my best guess that itft might take place in 1997. in 1986, The Weather Channel didn't use graphical forecast yet. They still use text only to describe the forecast

4:38 I'm not usually that one annoying person that corrects people, but this situation needs it. It's not 2013, its the 13th of August.
Also, at 7:38 the title is actually teaching you something, which is, if you use the popcorn button on your microwave, there is a chance that it wont cook it right, for instance: It could under-cook the popcorn so that its too cold, or it could burn the popcorn to the point where the popcorn is as black as charcoal.
maybe it is *friday* august 13th, that could be the only reason for why green is unlucky since that date is known for being an unlucky day

Oh wow, I didn't know that, good job
Object Clock must've gone to remove the clothes from the washing machine and sort them out
But if that's the case, then maybe that means the ITFT competition is still going in real time, which means Object Clock is actually behind by probably a whole episode after he's done with sorting the clothes
It makes more sense that clock hit the tv screen because at the end of ITFT 6 there’s a clock shape on the object clocks tv
I just realized the piano that got thrown out of the portal or whatever- was teh same one in the ad,so I think that’s prob a way to break the 4th wall, quite literally and physically
24:09 my theory here is that it turned 7:00 and something bad happened to him since he was off a bit, maybe it will cause ITFT to start glitching out
ITFT is basically ONE in a nutshell
I think the finishing sentence of “It’s time for the” is “it’s time for the incoming call” which it’s to bring all the object’s together in some odd way idk how or why but I just got a gut feeling
I have a theory that 57 has something to do with the lore because after he got eliminated everything started falling apart along with the others forgetting who he is. And Tile is onto something when he said something is wrong and that 57 ball isn't that forgettable, maybe that's why clock sent Tile flying who knows where.
Maybe the real Clock made a dream world because he can't deal with the real world currently? The incoming call might have something to do with it.
The clock being green being because he’s fully charged makes sense, he’s literally plugged into something, and he’s getting green shocks
I do just want to say that the source for green being unlucky has been in derpadons discord, derp has been asked so many times its crazy
Good observation, and yeah, Clock is definitely doing the competition in terms of Jasonville's timezone
btw, I think you meant to say the incoming call will happen on "Thursday, August 14"
Also remember that Clock does the elimination every o'clock, so if the challenge started at [2:37], and ended at [2:57], and if we take into account what Wheel said in episode 5, he actually left at [2:55] and came back around [3:00]
This pattern continues up until ITFT 5, where he starts to be behind schedule due to the unexpected newcomers, so he sent The Sun hurtling through the ground at [6:05], ends up leaving at [6:20] and comes back at [6:25] when he should've left at [5:55] and returned at [6:00]
(Note Forky telling Clock that it was [6:25] in the elimination and Flossy saying in ITFT 6: "Precisely 20 minutes ago, you snapped and sent the Sun hurtling through the ground.")
This also could explain why he start ringing uncontrollably in the ITFT 6 voting screen, because it was probably [7:00] already, if this is the case, then Clock is currently 5 minutes behind schedule and can probably have things back on track in ITFT 7
in 4:00 when the beeping noise played i thought it was my dryer because it makes the same sound

(Ties back to how I said he was taunting No way)

12:17 The tears part is a reference to the song that plays when no way falls and see's CH57 the song is called Tears of the star and it's by CASIOPEA the song is a banger
18:41 this was from the time when clock hits the tv after that electric explosion.
11:45 i have a theory on what they are saying based on wwft's letter thing
polka dot: is clock okay?
wwft: uhhh i dont know bruh
*clock comes back
wwft: oh
i have a theory that most things that happen to clock are actually out of his control and he isnt as powerful as you might think at first, making the elimination side effects actually not his fault, since many times there are things he doesnt understand, or stuff he could just use his so called god powers to figure out, yet he cannot evade the problems, such as not being able to bring polkadot back, and in episode 7, he wouldve looked in the present with his powers before acting like he didnt know there was nothing, yet he is surprised and annoyed that there is nothing in it, something he should know, all of this would make me believe that there is some sort of higher being in control of using powers to make random things happen around clock, mostly things that would help clock, however sometimes random things are kept hidden to make him continue just being an unaware creature not even knowing what happens around him, generally keeping him acting innocent and happy constantly.
2:30
clock said "2 37 pm"
37 + 20 = 57
clock referenced 57 ball or how the number 57 comes back often
The reason the number 57 comes back often is bc that's the channel that itft takes place in I'm pretty sure.
Clock randomly shows up and when he said "i been here this entire time" it might be the tv channel that the real clock was watching.
another thing to not is the amount of times the number 57 is mentioned
obviously 57 ball but here are some other examples
CH 57
57 tears of the star is the title for ep 5
12:01 microwave timer is at 7:57
yeah thats all i could find
Now that I remember, Wheel and Refill Station also seem to remember Felt Container, 57 Ball and Green in their thinking bubble
I wonder who Lucas or Jason could be... especially Jason, whose name appears in pretty much every episode. But, we learn that people across the TV Polkadot universe can have actual names... since Clock freaked out at the name Lucas, could the object Clock's name be Lucas? Or Jason? This gets crazy
@stanley279 mentions that WWFT spells out ITFTJ in one episode, and in that same episode, the post-credits scene has the subtitles "It's Time For The ■■■■■", and in that same scene we see that there should definitely be something after "It's Time For The", probably Jason.
We can't know for sure what Clock's real name is, but it's probably not Jason.
16:58 oil pastel's eyes sync with the yt pause button
When your fullscreen and a mobile
18:44 the crack covering 57 ball probably means the eliminated is like dead or erased because 57 ball is eliminated.
24:29 It's probably Hourglass because we saw it fall during the escape in ITFT 7.
