  • In my latest video, I introduce you to Cass Henry from Transformed Spaces, as she shares her incredible online program designed to help women declutter their lives from the inside out. I’m excited to support her business and help more women discover the transformative power of Cass’s guidance. Hiring Cass has been the best decision I’ve made, as this is more than just a decluttering service; it’s a form of self-care and therapy.
Cass’s process is both compassionate and empowering. She works through each room, carefully handling each item while I decide its fate. There’s no right or wrong choice and absolutely no judgment. Cass’s thoughtful questions guide me in determining what should stay and what should go.
Cass creates four piles: Keep, Donate, Sell, and Garbage. At the end of the day, she takes care of everything except the garbage, which she leaves behind.
The emotional relief I’ve experienced from this process can only be described as freedom. Cass is truly a healer, alleviating so much stress from my life. I feel this transformation deeply in both my body and soul.
Thank you, Cass @transformedspaces, for your incredible work. This isn’t a collaboration-I’m paying full price and love her service so much that I want everyone to experience the gift of Cass.

She's a light worker, Lisa. That's the best way I can describe her. I've found a new friend. I can't wait for her to get to my daughters room. She's the perfect roll model for her. She's part organizer/declutter specialist and part therapist. Not professional therapist...you know what I mean.😃 Love her.

She's motivated me so much in the past two sessions. I have her coming back a few more days. One day is to help my daughter with her room. I know she'll get far with my daughter. Sometimes it's best if I let someone else step in. She'll feel so good by the end of the day.

Her energy is contagious. It will be so nice moving into the new home without all the stuff. We've moved so many times. We haven't stayed in the same house for more than 5 years. I thought we would never leave this house but I need a change and we'll be closer to family.
My two girls lost their mom when they were young and it was in her Will that all her antique furniture was to go to them. We had their grandmothers dishes and wedding dress that we had keep for them. We couldn't let go of it until the girls turned 18 and were old enough to decide if they wanted it. It's a lot to carry around. As much as I understood it and had empathy for all involved, it was a lot.
I'm starting to feel lighter with each item that leaves our home.

Suggestion... best to film in horizonal mode for RUclips.

Thank you, Elsa, I agree. I randomly filmed her while she was helping me. I wanted to share her to my Instagram page so I held it vertically. This way she could share to her instagram as well. I want to help Cass become as successful as she can be. She's already successful but she had spaces for her program so I figured it would be good to share here too. I love supporting women like Cass. She's amazing and kind.
