Approaching a pilot whilst he flies, is not a crime. We have children come into our cockpit all the time.
Operating a drone under 250g is not a Pilot. That’s a protected term which requires a License.
:) speaking as an Emerates Captain, you’ll require RAE training at minimum to be licensed as a Pilot.
A drone operator is anyone who flies a sub 250g drone.
