As recon aircraft only I think... They only started manufacturing them in 1966, so it was late in the war to develop them as an attack platform, though I'm sure many were retrofitted in-country, I wouldn't be surprised if more than a few mechanics bolted M134's down in them at the time, ain't got no time to wait.
