This is a very relaxing ship. It’s clean, comfortable and well staffed. My wife and I had one fancy meal, but the Buffay was so good. We ate there the rest of the cruise. The people on the ship, at least on our cruise, we’re mostly older(50 and up). A very mature vibe, nothing got out of hand.
Glad you had a good experience. Yes, Holland America has a more mature passenger base which is one reason why we like it.

Just got off this ship last weekend. Hated the layout. Was too enclosed with no breeze. We missed the open deck design above the Lido where you could sit and get a breeze. Last week was very humid.
Sorry you had a not so good experience. The roof was usually opened and closed for our cruise appropriately based on the current weather conditions.

We did the video early morning during a port day in Cadiz, Spain so most were in town.
