Not necessarily school, more like “training” for 6 weeks

There are actually academies for it that you can go to. As for certain airlines, they have training classes between 4-8weeks. You gotta pass every test and the final exam or you get sent home.
You should watch Michelle khare. She does something called challenge accepted and she trained like a flight attendant. They go through some serious training.
