Jr I thought I was going to hear Mark's voice with a red horse in his hand giving us a surfing report beautiful pictures brother beautiful I miss his old channel.... I don't care what you say I bet the Mrs wishes she was back home kicking back in her own home I admire you guys for that long vacation and it's not even done yet I have not met anybody that's been gone and one as many places on the money you say you're going to spend once in a lifetime brother I get to watch it in and out of a hospital bed so I don't get to leave my comments my boring comments good for you guys right JR... Lot of work on your guyses in but everyone enjoys them on our end keep keep them coming I'm sharing with everybody that walks in the room they all sit down and watch for a few minutes and compliment all your beautiful and clear videos...
Appreciate the kind words Chris, hope you are on a speedy recovery my friend. We are definitely enjoying this trip better than last years and we will do this Thailand thing and side journeys every year until I can't travel anymore. The Philippines is a great life bit it's good to get away and see other places.

The road you are going on is the old main road. The new main road will already have 4 lanes. The old main road is about to be gradually widened to have 4 lanes in total in order to reduce accidents from cars that collide and become dangerous. from the weather and being drunk or driving fast

Very nice hotel and nice price :) Great beach and that Chill-Lay is my kind of place to hang out in for a nice dinner and drinks while viewing the sunset, I think Miss Cecelia will get you to like those ocean cockroaches more and more :) Sad about all those people that lost their lives due to the tsumani, that must have been the same one that devasted Indonesia years ago. Thanks Robert, she may sway me a little LOL That Chill-lay restaurant is still best meal we have had on our trip. I would eat there at least twice a week if we lived in that area.

Yes I believe a lot of the menu can be made vegetarian, I think Thailand is one of the most vegetarian friendly places as far as options

Are the 7-11's safe after dark ? around here going for gas or snacks at night is like stepping into a world of crime. Once upon a time I watched a truck pull up and helped themselves to the outdoor soda display, must have been 15-20 cases of drinks. I asked the clerk if they had paid for them, he just shook his head "no", and looked at me like I was crazy. I guess I should have said, "asking for a friend" ! Well JR you've done it again, found a great spot to spend a few days. Your info about Red Bull reminded of Air Force box lunches, I actually got use to the cold fried chicken and Mountain Dew. Thanks for the journey
In Thailand I have never felt any danger anywhere even in the wee hours. 7-Elevens are a staple in the Thai community lives, they offer tons of stuff for everyday life, very different than a stateside one
