Hi... Add camera layer to view in 3d space... Still you are getting facing that issue, it might be of gpu related issue... Select CUDA in preferences... You will find many videos on youtube to solve that issue... Just search as "Element 3d gpu issue"
it might be long overdue, but the problem for me was that my imported model was REALLY DAMN SMALL. In the menu when you click on the object in the organizer menu thing, check the box that says "normalize scale" or something. Hope I helped!
@@Baluprime it is appearing in both but in after effects preview window it's looking very pixelated. I increased the resolution to full but still pixelated

I've placed two objects with two different layer, tample and statue. I put the statue behind the tample but however tample does not block the view of statue. It look like statue is front of the statue. If you have facebook may I explain and help me please? I'd be so thankful

If the screen is turning black means it might be of gpu issue... Search on youtube only on how to get rid of black screen Element 3d in AE...

after i press ok for importing the 3d element it doesnt show up in my after effects. if i click scene setup the 3d object is still there
It might be because of gpu... Select CUDA in preferences of After Effects... In RUclips search as "how to select GPU for After effects"...
