    I have several old PSE bows that I shot 3d tournaments with. My favorite was the laser flight but this was many years ago. Looks like PSE has gone way back in the day and brought back a concept that York bows had in the 80s. The shoot through riser design.

    You shoot 100% better now since you started shooting a tension release. In the video before, you were punching the trigger big time, now you look much smoother in your release hand. Thanks for taking the time to show us the Xpression, I look forward to seeing how you rate the Supra, that's the bow I am thinking about buying.

      +kenny D . Thank shooting much much better now. Becoming more stable. The release is getting better. Doing weights to build up. Came 4th at the State Champs, which I shot well but I am shooting about 10% better now. So I am shooting PB's almost every week. Fingers crossed and more arrows and I will shoot even better. But a great bow. The Supra is really nice. You honestly can't tell the differences.

    Thank you very much for your great reviews bows.
    I have question,what do you think about the new Supra EXT? Did you have a chance with her shoot?
    I'm thinking of buying a new bow(I've now Supra ME), and I was on a new Supra((for target shooting).

      +Paweł Papis Supra is great, a step up from the 2015. It is heavier than the 2015. But it shoots great.

    Mentioning price is always a good idea; getting hung up on price hurts your pitch. but over all great video

    I have a question, or you shoot now let off 65% or 75%? What do you think is the better option?

    • @ArcherySuppliesLonsdale
      @ArcherySuppliesLonsdale  9 лет назад

      +Paweł Papis I started with 65% as you will see on my first video, I changed to 75% because my body hurt. I am shooting 70 arrows a day, weight training, so I will go back to 65% eventually. But happy with 75%. The theory is 65% is better. But you need to be able to hold it.

    That bow looks like it might just weigh close to 10 lbs. the way it's all dolled up with accessories. For the life of me I don't understand why the pro's and others choose to shoot bar bell bows. I do understand the theory of all the added weight to become more stable.... but... I'm just not sold on that. I think I'd like the Supra, but even it looks heavier for 2016. The new Mathews HTX hits just a shade under 4 lbs. I see a lot of people, even women shooting those TRG's... all heavy. I'd bet a dollar to a donut if one of the pro's won with a lightweight... like maybe a new Carbon Air... lots of people wound chunk those heavy weights. Good Video Looking forward to the 2016 Supra Video. Good Shooting.

      +William R It is interesting - I shot light before, then adding weight hurt me, but now I am improving. I just added another 8oz to the bottom today and I shoot amazing well. In fact 4 people in the shop all the bow, we shot 3 arrows each, the first was 3X, I shot 2X and 9, the next 2X and 9 the last 2X and 9. Now the groups were great better than there own bows.
      When I started shooting 30+ years ago we shot with hardly any weight but now the bows are all heavy. The theory is if the bow is heavy then the movement is slower, it is harder to move. You can still shoot great with light bows, but we are talking about adding a few points.
      But since I did the video last week I am shooting better than I ever have, I feel. The other archers who have shot the bow feel they shoot better with the bow than there bow.
