I think it will be more clear if we convert 4kmph to m/s and solve.
Substitute as 400=(X-(4*5/18)) * 18. Try to find out unit for this eqn, will not be confused.

In 4th problem We already converted relative speed into meter per second....then y again u put kmph in trains speed mam.This session seems little confusing mam...sry to say this😥
Bcz in qus, speed of man in kmph... So we have to assume X also in kmph... Then tim and dis in sec and m respectively, so we convert the relativ speed into m/s. Now we hav to find the speed of train, which we assume it as X. Its unit given in qus as kmph...
