i think in a way he did step away from it all, but probably not before him & biggs got snaked. But we all know Jay was never a team player. And always showed signs of having a jealous, conniving personality like Diddy. What i got from it all was, when Dame was in control all the spitters were on, eating good. bosses were being made on the regular. When jay got in control that shit was over with the quickness, none of the spitters were on, eating. Now we ended up with this artistically watered down joowish co-owned roc nation.
Been a long time Freeway fan since I was 6 my dog!! Definitely aside from Jay he and Beans were my favorite on Roc-a-Fella ya heard!! Brother looks good, and healthy I love to see it, glad he and Dame together doing big things much love.

This is real life. You're bringing young ones in different facets and they're being taught on the spot. Think about being young, one room has a seasoned rapper you didn't even think you'd see, much less talk to, then get to do a drop on a classic, on the spot. One room you're painting, this one getting a cover done, these young ones now know, if they want to get into podcasts, be ready, if someone asks you to get on a jam, be ready and flexible, able to take direction, know it's not all about you, it's a team effort. Now that's on her resume, she has people in her network down the line. You don't get that with set up at 10:15 for 15 minutes, get you out the studio, next on this topic 10 minutes. This is game in surround sound. It takes those in the background and puts them in the spotlight, they usually get no shine. They know they're worth it and the sky is the limit. You can't buy that or get that opp, because everyone must be in their place, work years and you may get interviewed, may get to do a hook... and still not get seen. May be able to have your photography showcased as, i'm not just getting awards, I grind and work with everyone... for that person that thought they would never be able to get her or just for an artist that may want to be in that environment and get everything done. I think of this thing of ours, how hard it was just to do a beat, much less get a record, running to record stores, begging djs to play yours, sometimes having to pay them, with all the competition out then, mind blowing. Then, God willing, should you get a deal, you don't know anything about the law, how they're ripping you off, you take the upfront, be in debt for life where it's not fun, you're working for the man on a wheel. Here, you get the financials, how to be independnt... money can't buy that. Going to colleges and schools, teaching them young... beautiful.
@@aligaines8476 I beg to differ I’ve seen both these gentlemen on other interviews. I’ve seen Dame on both sides of an interview and he did much better interviewing. I think he over did it on the cocktails or the 💨. I think his emotions may have got the best of him, being it’s someone from the ROC in front of the camera with him. Only one that always kept in touch with him was Oschino.
