I saw Robert on stage in the mid 90's. I decided to purchase a house at the bottom of the market in a very affluent neighborhood for dirt cheep and rent all the rooms out. I paid 135k and now it's worth about 4 million. I decided to live a very simple life by not going out and driving a cheep vehicle which saved me a lot of money and I was able to eat very healthy. I was able to pay extra on the loan, invest in physical gold and silver and also save up for another down payment on property which was an eightplex. The gold and silver was my savings plan. All my money went into physical metals and income producing property. On the day of the dip in March or May of 2020 I traded all my gold for silver when the gold to silver ratio hit 125 to 1. I started out being a carpenter and ten years later I was set for life and had paid off my first place.

It’s important to choose stocks that are expected to hold uo in inflationary environments. To combat the negative effect of inflation, it’s a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different asset classes, such as stocks, bonds, and real estate, since this can help protect your portfolio against inflation. I have seen People making up to $500k in a month during high inflation

Correct me if I'm wrong but I imagine why they're going after Binance and Coinbase is because they're basically becoming banks in of themselves. Crypto is supposed to be decentralized, but these institutions are centralizing it and are by default becoming like crypto banks. The dollar is not going anywhere anytime soon and most likely will increase in value as severe recession hits. Btc is the way of the future, and investing in it will be the smartest decision you can do, especially with its present Price.

The issue is this ! Individuals with little to no experience in the stock market commonly try to buy and trade on their own . It’s a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different stocks and sectors to minimize risk. I feel for you. Newbies must realize that the market comes with lots of risks and you could potentially lose all. Secondly, what works for A must not necessarily work for B. Always make correct inquiries before putting your money somewhere or better still, get the services of an expert (that way, you give little room for error and get tailored investments). Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 23 months and l've accumulated over $70K in pure profits from DCA’ing into stocks, ETFs, dividends and futures. However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
I completely agree. I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions. I got into the market early in 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me, so I sold off. I got back in December 2020 and this time with guidance from an investment adviser who was recommended by a colleague

My plan is i just locked in new 5 year mortgages at 4.9% and i still have cash flow on rental properties with rents and property values still going up in alberta. Prices here already declined from 2014 to 2020 and houses cost 1/3 of toronto. I grew up in ontario and i left because property was stupid overpriced.
I paid down most of a mortgage when rates were low. That unit is immune to intetest rate hikes and its just a beast now.

The platform (RUclips) has been a great help, but I don't think it's enough, since most people don't easily understand what they watch, but they learn quickly when they have someone to guide them. And the idea of hiring a professional has been a great experience for me as it has helped shape my finances over the years, thanks to this my retirement has been great!! I know so many married couples living in their parents basement, working jobs and raising kids. It's more sqft than an apartment for gardening, car repair et cetera. I know equally as many in apartments but their finances are tighter than those still in their parents basement. A lot of my Asian friends have three generations under 1 roof. I can't fathom living in my parents with no job living off of unemployment benefits. A lot of those folks are actively saving up cash/metals and waiting for housing to be more affordable. My childhood buddy is making six figs/yr in CA and the costs are so high even he's struggling it sounds like. I can't wait for this ponzi scheme to crash and make some cash.
You talk about good money going into hiding and I'm interested in forcing good money to come out you can print more money but it's important to have some restraint print a lil less gain more freedom has to be some type of limit 🎉
