Sadly that i wasn't in this stream,but in 46:30 that woman isn't really a human btw,yeah she is part of a cross-gen event if you send one of the Mystery Gift Shiny Legendary Beasts aka (Raikou,Entei or Suicune) she would reveal her true form as a Zoroark,that you can capture,this event was made to promote the Zoroark:Master of Illusions movie at time,also if you transfer a Special Celebi from Heartgold/Soulsilver as well and bring it on a building in Castelia City where a boy is,you can obtain a Gift Zorua there,the boy in question will reveal that he is in fact a Zorua that entire time and you can add to your team there,yeah Black/White there's many Pokémon that you can only obtain like that,Victini is also another one of these cases since you can only obtain it during the launch of the games,where you get a password to obtain the key item named Liberty Pass,where you can travel to a place close to Castelia City to find Victini there,for the most part those are the main events you can only obtain through tranfer-only methods that aren't available anymore,sorry for the long comment here,it was most to explain about it those long gone events of the past.

Really? I could have sworn flying was effective against ground. Ground nulls lightning, lightning fries flying, and flying blasts ground. That's how I always remembered it.
