Why I started going at 4am too , get the workout in and then kill it rest of the day at work and college at night
That's because he feels and shows that he feels like he is ''14'' (nothing special about 14 but because that's he's comment, in summary he's youthfull ''bro'ness'' embodied with experience of decades wrapped up in fun competitiveness) gets you want to go train, the boy in you wants to be a maaaaann and chest beat into the jungle !!! @@johnspartan5631 I used to go at 4 every morning. I only have one mean before that workout. I have been told we're strong after eating throughout the day and going at night and I believe that's true. It depends on your goals though, and both are very very good. I switch it up now myself. I sometimes go at 3 or 4 in the morning. I actually lift at 2 in the morning sometimes. Other times I eat through the day and go at night.

I don't care what people say! This guy has amazing knowledge and wisdom for anyone wanting to be strong and healthy! He made me change my reps to 8 instead of 12 but good form!

Triceps is my favourite muscle group to exercise. Love using the different ropes and tricep grip attachments. All slightly different.
I live in Cyprus and my gym is old school. Opened 1986. They have lots of Nautilus and David machines / equipment. For each body part, there must be about a dozen machines.
Mike would definitely approve.
I could listen to Robby talk all day. That voice is gold.
Now that I'm 40, I miss the days of old school bodybuilding, the old iron gym where you looked up at the people and no one was on their smartphone, but between the good sets you had time to motivate and sometimes a joke.
To go back in time, this channel is on during my own training sessions.

I have 38 years straight with training.Mike has over 40 Robby has probably 60 years of training.God bless him he looks insane and he is 77 years old.
I don't think I have ever seen someone with so much muscle and so little body fat at 77, incredible. Most are emaciated at 77. Some are okay at 77, but very little muscle.

I like your workouts. I'm trying to get back into bodybuilding, I'm 62 years old and recovering from reverse shoulder surgery . I remember keeping up with Robbie in my younger days and his , lol. Both of you look great. I can't lift heavy like I did and my shoulder limits me, but it's great watching you and Robbie it gives me motivation.
I'm also a cancer survivor and trying to get back into building more muscle at my age. You and Robbie look great. Keep building, keep striving never quite.

Them oldie but goldie cable machines one of the best out there. The old gym I used to go to had one of them. The pulley on them are great, you feel the weight equally distributed throughout the range, unline many other cable machine with bad pulley mechanisms. That's a good machine, gives you a true triceps to mind muscle connection.

I do that exact same triceps movement, and it feels so good to me and I can move a lot of weight with it relative to other triceps movements.

Is it possible to build quality arms with cable exercises I am recovering from a stroke and find free weights very hard now great content as always 👌
its possible to build quality arms with any equipment as long as your hitting the target muscle close to failure and progressively overloading
Try rubber band work

When triceps, is it better to start (after a solid warmup) with good old heavy (and buildup weight) French press, and then move to the “detail” exercises?
When the goal is muscle size.

Definitely has more muscle than most teens who workout out a lot, but I don't know if that's that crazy since they just started a couple years ago and he' been working out for years. He has more muscle and is more shredded than most serious people in their 20s who workout, and that shows you how good his genetics are.

The black Prince has still got vascular arms into his 70s.. insane 😮
Well that's genetics. There are fat people with vascular arms sometimes because of genetics for veins, and then you have very lean people with no or very very little vascularity, so that's not what's impressive about him. He is shredded as hell though. Robby has more muscle and is more shredded than most people in their 20s and 30s who take working out very very seriously. Longevity is amazing there.

His face looks around 55 I think if you look closely, but his body looks 40, probably younger actually. His skin isn't stretched much at all. He has more muscle and is more shredded than most serious lifters at any age at all. Amazing genetics.
